Weekend (Robin, Remus, etc.)

[Kris Lupin]

Kris nodded, "Ok, I'll wait here since we're by the door." She wished she could go back to being happy.

[Sirius Black]

"OK," Sirius replied. He walked up to the counter and set down the chocolate bars and chocolate frogs. When the clerk told him the total, he got out the galleons and handed it to the woman. A minute later, she handed him a baag with the candy in it, and he walked back toward Kris.

"So.. now what do you want to do?" he asked, keeping his tone light.

[Kris Lupin]

"Lets go the the Three Broomsticks." Kris said looking at the bag, she'd have a bar when they got to the pub.

[Sirius Black]

Sirius shrugged. "OK. I was thinking about going to the zoo, but I guess we can do that later. It might be nice to sit down for a while." He took her hand and led her out of the candy shop.

Robin smiled at him, but glanced back at Kris. She had tried to talk to the girl, but she had been very quiet. Robin thought she seemed upset about something, and wondered what Sirius would have needed to talk to James about that couldn't wait.

Deciding that none of this was any of her business, she looked back at James. "Yeah, sure. Where do you want to go?"

"Where to go, where to go?" James grinned. "Well, let's head over to Zonko's and maybe do a little planning. A little planning never hurt anyone. Plus, we could get a good laugh out of possibilities!" James paid for both of their items, then took her arm. "See you later Sirius and Kris," he called out as he and Robin were leaving.

[Robin Slater]

Robin smiled. "OK, Zonko's sounds good," she said. She waved to Kris and Sirius as they went off on their way, then looked up at James. "What was that all about? It seemed pretty serious. Or... I guess it's none of my business, right? Like, guy stuff?"

[James Potter]

James laughed. "It was just guy stuff. Nothing extreme. Just advice stuff going on," he said. At least he was telling half the truth. He didn't know how Sirius could do it, but he wasn't going to talk about it out loud. In fact, it would be best if he would stop thinking about it before he would think out loud, which he was known to do. "Now, for Zonko's. Do we want dungbombs? Fireworks? Stink pellets?" A grin spread across his face. Robin was a pretty cool girl. At least she could understand why he did most of the pranks he did. Why couldn't Lily be like that?

[Robin Slater]

"Oh, OK," Robin said, smiling. "You guys all seem so close, you know? I think it's cool that you guys can tell each other anything like that." Robin had friends, but no one that she really thought of as her best friend. She didn't mind so much, but she always thought it was cool to see other people who were that close. Especially when they were guys. She had always thought that guys were expected to be kind of distant from each other. But James and Sirius, especially, seemed almost as close as brothers.

When James started listing things to get at Zonko's, Robin giggled. "I think all of the above are good!" she said. She started off towards Zonko's. "Come on, let's go!"

[James Potter]

"Yeah. We are pretty close. We've known each other since a little before school ever really started. We met in Diagon Alley. Pretty cool kids they are." James grinned. Everyone knew that Remus, James, and Sirius were close knitted. It was like they were brothers, just separated at birth. Robin. She seemed like one that could possibly fit in with them. After all, she was nice to James, and vice versa. Plus, she showed that there was more than met the eye. Robin was definitely a girl that he didn't want to make mad, and she seemed down right awesome.

James shook his head. This girl was crazy, although, it was perfectly fine. "Okay, okay, I'm coming," he said with laughter and taking strides to keep up with her. "Now, we just need to figure out who we're going to use on what. Any other Hufflepuffs, or Ravenclaws, or anyone that you wish to get? Anyone you name, we can make it possible."

Robin looked around the store. There were a few other students roaming around, which wasn't surprising. It was a good weekend for a Hogsmeade trip. "Well," she said in a low voice, "Narcissa Black has always bugged me. Just because she's the prettiest girl in the school, doesn't give her the right to act like she's so much better than everyone else. I admit, I'd like to see someone take her down a notch, if you know what I mean."

[James Potter]

"Narcissa huh? You know, we can make that possible. Sirius knows her, considering she is his cousin. However, you never would have thought that, would you? I'm sure he'd be happy to assist us in that, then again Sirius is usually up for just about anything." James laughed. "We just have to think of the perfect plan. Maybe something with dye and stink pellets? Or something like that? What do you want done to her? Messed up face? Hair? Body? I could always slip this potion that Sirius and I made into her drink, that I actually drank. I grew fur. Lots of fur. I looked like a walking animal. I thought the nurse was going to be sick! It was great!"

[Robin Slater]

Robin giggled. "That sounds pretty funny," she said. "But if we do play a prank on Narcissa, we should be really careful. I wouldn't want to get on her bad side, really... just bring her down a peg, if you know what I mean." She looked at the display of stink pellets. "These are good, but I do think she needs something better. Oooh! We could do something to make her go bald! That would get her, don't you think?"

[James Potter]

"Make her go bald," repeated James. He thought for a moment. "I know that Zonko's has this stuff that's like it makes the person think they have lost their hair. Everyone else can see it, but the victim can't. What about that? That would be priceless! I can see it now, Narcissa running down the halls screaming about her hair while everyone else just looks at her like she is completely off her rocker! What do you think? We can pull just about anything off!"

Robin laughed as she imagined Narcissa running around like a madwoman, grabbing at her hair, believing it was gone. "Now that would be something to see!" she said. "Let's do it! I'm sure Sirius will have some ideas of how to start it. But you're sure he won't mind, since she's his cousin and everything, right?"

[James Potter]

He gave another laugh. "Of course he won't! Sure they're cousins, but he doesn't like her and she doesn't like him. Consider it being he's a Gryffindor and she's a Slytherin. They've never liked each other. Sirius is what you would call different, from his family. He doesn't fit in quite right with them, however he fits in perfectly with me and Remus. His family is just loopy, that's all, actually, his mother is quite the madwoman, but that doesn't matter. I'm sure he wouldn't mind! I'm sure that he'd be happy to pull something over on her, especially if it's something like this!"

Robin giggled. "Ok, then! I'm in. Whatever you guys need me to do, I'll totally help." She felt a little quiver of nervousness in her stomach, but she didn't let it show. She didn't want them to get caught; Narcissa was not someone they wanted to make an enemy of. "Oh, and do you think maybe we could do something about Lockhart as well? Maybe something to make his teeth turn black or something? I'm so tired of hearing him talk about his dazzling smile." She rolled her eyes in disgust.

[James Potter]

"Oh!" James exclaimed excitedly. "There's this stuff you can slip into his pumpkin juice! It's like ink in a way. I've been wanting to try it on someone and Lockhart maybe the perfect one! It's tasteless stuff and he doesn't know it's there. Sirius and I actually tried it. Sirius was the one to drink it. Left his teeth black the whole weekend. Great stuff! We just never found anyone to actually try it on. You could slip it in his drink since after all, you're in his house and it wouldn't be that obvious. You could just distract him and slip it in there."

Robin giggled. "Oh, that sounds so perfect!" she said happily. "Yes, let's definitely do that one!" She turned again to the display of stink pellets in front of her. Her usually pale cheeks were flushed with the excitement of being involved in such activities. This wasn't typical behavior for her; she was usually the nice girl who never did anything wrong. Unfortunately, that also meant she was frequently getting pushed around by other people. And she was getting tired of it. "Oh, look," she commented. "They have some different scents now." She pointed to one called "overflowing sewer" and another called "rotten eggs."

James had to hand it to Robin. He never would have thought a girl like her would even think about something like this. She was going to be an excellent prankster, and James had to admit that it was good that there was someone 'good' that was willing to pull stuff. After all, he had to have someone other than Sirius there to pull them if he was going to try to impress Lily. "Hm. Different scents. I might grab a few. We could use them for something. I'm sure that everyone would get a kick out of this one." He grabbed a few off the shelf. "You know Robin. I'm extremely proud of you. I never would have thought anyone like you would even think about stuff like this. Although, for once, I'm glad that I was wrong. Of course, this will probably be the only time I'm glad that I was wrong."
