Remus walked into the camp slowly. He was still pretty depressed, but he was glad to be among his friends again. Hopefully they would help to distract him from thinking about Sabrina. He saw Landon and Rori standing nearby and he quietly walked up to them. "Hey," he said, stuffing his hands into his pockets.

Kris walked in the dining hall and looked around. She was hoping that Sirius would be there, but she didn't see him. She sighed then leaned against the wall hoping he would show up soon.

"Hey!" Landon greeted Remus. "What's up?" He asked, smiling at him. He knew Remus still must've been pretty sad about the whole thing with Sabrina. But he was relieved that they had finally gotten her funeral out of the way now. Surely it still wasn't going to be easy for Remus to get away from the reality of it all, but maybe he would have enough fun at the camp to at least forget about his troubles for a little while.

Remus shrugged. "Eh, nothing's up. I've just been getting to know my sister." He sighed. "Turns out Kris really is my sister. I'm getting used to it... and it's nice having her around. But I'm kinda not talking to my dad. I really much happier being here."

"Well, that's good that you guys are getting closer. You've got quite a few years to make up for." Landon smiled. He decided it was probably better not to talk to Remus about his dad. He figured they would eventually work it out and everything would be fine. But he knew Remus wouldn't want to talk about it right now. "So...I wonder what kind of things we're going to be doing here. Hopefully they have something planned that'll be pretty fun. I don't really want to be bored all summer."

"I don't think we'll be bored this summer," said Rori. "I mean, this is a place where we're supposed to get away from everything, so I don't think it will be that boring. Nothing in this world is ever really boring."

"Hmph...I don't know about that. You go to a few more History of Magic lessons and you might change your mind about that." Landon replied with a grin. "I guess you're right though. For the most part anyways. I'm just curious about what we're going to be doing, you know?"

"Well, that's basically the major thing that is boring around here," Rori said with a smile. "I dunno what we're going to be doing, but with Dumbledore, it's bound to be interesting."

Gia walked into the main hall and looked around for anyone who might talk to her. As usual, she really didn't see anyone, so she walked over to one of the long tables and sat down.

Justine was a little nervous as she walked into the main hall. She still had some uneasy feelings about things, after all that had happened at the end of term feast. She wasn't even sure she still wanted to see Jason, after the fight they'd had on the train. Quietly, she walked in and looked around, hoping to see Severus. When she didn't, she went and sat down at an empty table.

James strode into the what was apparently the camp's dining hall. He looked around for someone to sit with and spotted Remus sitting with Rori and another boy who he had learned was named Landon. He walked over to them and sat down next to Remus. "Hey, you guys. What'cha up to?" He asked, more energetic than usual. He was glad that school was finally over for the year. "Sorry if I'm a little hyper. I bought about a fourth of the candy off the train trolley. I hadn't eaten breakfast...and well, nevermind." He grinned.

Andrea stomped into the dining hall and immediately walked over and sat near the only Slytherin in the room, Justine. She wasn't even sure why she had come. She was sure it was going to suck. "Stupid camp," she grumbled aloud. "They'll probably try to make us learn and crap."
A few minutes later, Jason entered the hall and scanned the room for Justine. He quickly found her sitting near the spoiled brat, Andrea. Quickly he smoothed out his hair and walked over to them. "Hey," he said to Justine. "Do you mind if I sit here?"

Justine crossed her arms in front of her. "I don't know," she said. "It seems to me that all we ever do is fight. And the things you said... about that poor girl that died... that was cruel. I don't know that I want to be with someone who could be that rude."

Lucius strolled into the hall and looked around. Naturally, he thought that camp was a ridiculous and childish concept, and he hadn't intended to go at first. However, he had changed his mind, realizing that he could have one last chance to influence young Slytherins and torment young Gryffindors. Now he looked around the room and frowned. Very few Slytherins were present at the moment. Justine and Andrea were beneath his notice, but he did see Jason, and noticed that he and Justine were arguing again. He sighed. So tedious. He hoped they broke up for good this time.

Aaron slowly walked into the big dining hall that everyone was supposed to be meeting in. He rolled his eyes and frowned as he watched Andrea head off towards the Slytherins and gripe about everything, as usual. Although he had to admit, he wasn't quite sure he wanted to be there at the time either. Surely it was going to be better than staying at his parents' over the summer, but he could have thought of a few better things to be spending his time on. He quietly walked over to an empty table and sat down, putting his arms across the table and resting his chin on them.

Severus walked into we could only guess was the dining hall. He was over whelmed by the fact he was free for the summer. He was a bundle of nerves as he sat down. What was he going to do this summer, it was going to prove to be overwhelming.

Before Jason had a chance to respond to her comments, Justine spotted Severus walking into the hall and she got up from her seat and hurried over to him. "Hey, Severus," she said. "I'm glad you're here."

Post by Gilderoy Lockhart on Apr 22, 2007 22:54:26 GMT -5
Gilderoy walked into the hall, grinning from ear to ear as usual. He was so overjoyed to have a break from school. He was eager to find out what kind of things they would be doing. The whole idea of the camp sounded pretty fun. He looked around to find a place to sit. There were some Ravenclaws and Gryffindors over on one side. He didn't really care for either. They were usually too mean and arrogant. But then on the other side of the hall were a large group of Slytherins. Gilderoy decided he should probably avoid them. They never really seemed to like him much- especially the Malfoy kid. Not to mention he had still never delivered the hair products Malfoy had ordered to him.
Instead, Gilderoy skipped over to the table where Aaron Holmes was sitting alone, whom he had just met at the end of term feast. "Why, hello Aaron!" He greeted him happily.

"Oh, good lord. Not you again." Aaron muttered, sighing as Gilderoy Lockhart sat next to him. "Hello Gilderoy." He said exasperatedly. "How about you go over to the other table and talk to those other people?" He asked, motioning towards the table of Gryffindors and Ravenclaws. "Please? I have a headache right now." He lied. But he sure was going to have one if the kid didn't go away.

Kris sighed then sat at an empty table, she put her arms on the table then rested her head on her arms. She had a fun time with her dad and brother but at the time she was wanting to see Sirius. She glanced over to where the Slytherins sat and saw Severus Snape. She had actually forgot about her crush on him, that is until she saw him again. She thought he was still cute, though she felt horrible about having a crush on him when she was with Sirius.
