Arystar flushed "Ah no, it's OK I'll take care of my drinks!" he didn't want to seem like a freeloader. He smiled and waved to the bartender "Ah! another one please!" and got a new drink. " I'm not terribly fond of thinking of my grandfather...It's a bit of a bother seeing as I have the same name as him though." he took a gulp of his drink and thought 'ah, bad move!' he almost thought his nose was running this one was stronger than the first one! Curse the bartender! CURSE THE BARTENDER! He turned a bit redder and smiled "Forget about that!" he laughed "He's dead anyway." he knew he should probably be a little more compassionate, talking about his dead grandfather like he didn't care, but if he was honest he didn't care. he had to find a way to direct any conversation away from him "You're both very lovely! how did you two meet?" he asked smiling and genuinely curious, he thought as awkward as it was to meet people, he liked conversation.

"If you're sure," Anna said, shrugging. Since he said he didn't like thinking about his grandfather, she decided not to mention him again. His question made her smile, and she thanked him for the compliment.
"Here, actually," Anna said. As awkward as the guy was, Anna kind of liked him. "I'm in town working on a film... I'm an actress, by the way. I came in here on my first night off, and met Ursula."

Nathalia came up to the bar, a wide smile on her lips and slightly out of breath.
"This place is fantastic tonight," she said, coming up on the other side of Anna and her mother, who were, as usually, in each other's arms. She asked the bartender for a drink, and flirted with the guy for a moment. The drinks were always stronger when you flirted.
It was then that she noticed they were in the middle of conversation with the guy on the other side. He was cute.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt."

"Ah! How nice that you met someone special among everyone that is here!" he only just managed to answer when the daughter showed up with a drink in hand. she apologized and he said "Oh it's alright!" he held out his hand and said "I'm Arystar by the way." he smiled at her and thought her good looks have to come from her mother, all of these women were beautiful. "So you're an actress? that has to be a difficult job!" he took a small drink from his glass and hoped the ice would melt quicker, he swore that bartender winked at him as he handed him the glass...why did he have to make this drink so strong?

Anna laughed. It was a pretty, musical sound... one that was accomplished through years of voice training.
"Difficult?" She repeated and waved it off. "It's the easiest job in the world. All I have to do is go around pretending I'm someone else all day... and to be honest, I think most people do that on a daily basis anyway. But I get paid for it, and I get to travel a lot because of it."
She turned to Ursula and smiled, hugging her closer. "And I met you because of it."

Arystar pretty much gave up trying to get his blush to go away, between the drinks and the cute things these women would say, he would never be pale again! at least that's what it seemed like. what he didn't realize was that he was getting used to conversation and he was his normal pale again, he just didn't feel any cooler about it was all. "It's hard enough being myself! I couldn't go around and try to be anyone else!" Arystar sighed and took a drink of whiskey. "It has to be talent, I have the unfortunate talent of being able to care for horrible plants, Devil's snare for some reason pays close attention to me when I care for them...and those horrible Mimbulus mimbletonia, It's horrid luck I think!" he laughed thinking of how upset both of the plants looked when he sold them. It wasn't that he disliked them, but he had to pay for the eventual reconstruction of the family home, He was sure he would regret it if he hadn't had it rebuilt.

Ursula smiled and leaned into Anna, pressing another kiss to her lips. She rather liked to let everyone know that the most beautiful girl in the room (aside from Nathalia, of course) was with her. Usually, Ursula was more discreet about her sexual preference, but Anna didn't care what other people thought. That attitude was rubbing off on Ursula.
Seeing that Nathalia had returned, she smiled at her daughter. "I'm glad you're having a good time, Nat," she said.
Then, giving a sly look to Anna, she said, "What do you say, Anna? Why don't we head over to the dance floor and give all these boys a little show?"

"That's my point," Anna said. "We all go around, finding it too hard to be ourselves, so we put on masks. I think being yourself is far more difficult."
She shrugged, but was quickly distracted by Ursula. "You don't have to ask me twice," she said, grinning, and stood up from the barstool. "Nice meeting you, Arystar," she winked at him and practically dragged Ursula to the dance floor and pulling the other woman close.

Arystar waved as Annalise attached herself to her girlfriend. How lonely! he hadn't really thought of being 'friendless' as a bad thing, but he had enjoyed the conversation. he dubiously eyed his drink and took another sip. He personally hadn't seen the appeal yet of alcohol. he did feel warmer, which wasn't so great in a club full of people...and he hadn't really learned how to strike up conversation, Annalise had done that the second he sat down. He didn't really dance...and frankly didn't want to try it seemed to be something you had to have a knack for...and his only knack was to usually put his foot in his mouth. Ah this wasn't working he was feeling depressed! He wondered if it was the lunch he ate or maybe it was the drink, he shot the bartender a glare and he got another wink, that made him shudder. Nope, he wasn't playing for that team, that was for sure, it seemed the bartender was flirting with anyone with a pulse. That made him feel a bit better, at least he didn't think he came off that way.

Nathalia smiled when the two left for the dance floor. They were really good for each other, she decided. Watching them together for the last couple weeks, she decided that they were really kind of... perfect. Anna brought her mother out of her shell a little bit (not that Ursula had a hard shell to crack, but she wasn't quite as open as Anna) and her mother seemed to be the only person able to pull Anna back down to earth from time to time.
She shook her head and looked back at the guy they had been talking to. "They're not nearly as intimidating as they can seem, I promise."

Arystar blushed "They really seem to suit each other though" he watched after them as they began to dance together. "You're name's Nathalia right? Do you often go to clubs with your mother?" he vaguely thought what he had asked was rude, but he couldn't stop his lips from moving. he put his hand to his lips and said "Ah, sorry, I don't mean to be rude." He didn't want to be rude! not to someone that was so pretty.

"Yeah, they do," she agreed, smiling before she sipped her drink.
Nathalia gave him a strange look, but she laughed anyway. It was actually really hard to offend Nathalia. She was a lot like Anna in the respect that she just didn't care what others thought, though she had learned the trait through her rebelion, unliked Anna who just seemed born with it. You could say just about anything you wanted to, and Nat would just laugh at you.
"Don't worry about it. And sometimes. I just come to clubs a lot... who's with me varies."

Arystar deflated he had been rude, he set down his drink, only to have the bartender swoop on it and fill it up again with more whiskey. He snatched it back looking deeply offended, mouth open he gaped at the bartender who winked at him again, he double take to Nathalia and back at the bartender, then back at her. "Is he normally like that?" he asked her as he cradled his drink as far as he could comfortably hold it away from the bar, resting it on his knee. He almost wanted sulk "what did I do to deserve this?" Maybe he shouldn't bad mouth his dead grandfather anymore... it obviously made his luck blacker than night.

Her husband left her alone entirely too often. Not that Shawna cared anymore. She was so used to it at this point that she just skipped out and did whatever she pleased. Tonight, she was at Enchanted. And bored out of her mind. Too many overeager, uninteresting men fawning over her. Most of whom she'd seen and rejected before. The adoration was nice, but it got old sometimes. She wanted it to be fun... and not so easy all the time.
Bored, she left the group of men... really more like boys... who were dancing with her and headed over to the bar to get a drink. She sat down on the stool next to a young man with dark hair and abnormally pale skin. He wasn't bad looking... and best of all she had never seen him before. The fact that he was talking to a pretty young blonde was of no concern to Shawna.
"Hi there," she said in her warm, smooth-as-honey voice.

Arystar was startled by another voice that was warm and sweet, it was another woman! He had no idea how to react! he had never met so many people at once. Was it considered courteous to pause in the middle of a conversation to greet another? That seemed rude! He repositioned himself so that he could view both women, his back to the bar and he blushed a little when he realized this woman was also beautiful. For whatever reason his brain kicked into memory of a painting his grandfather had of Icarus, the man with wings made of wax, fallen on rocks surrounded by mourning nymphs. That was unsettling so he opted for a simple "Hi."

"Aw, are you shy?" Shawna purred, smiling as she ran her tongue over her top lip. "That. Is. So. Adorable."
She waved the bartender over and ordered a martini for herself. She mainly wanted it for the olive, but the drink was good, too. "And another of whatever he's drinking," she added with a wink.
"So," she said, turning to Arystar and leaning slightly forward to show off her ample cleavage. "I know I've never seen you around here before. What's your name, cutie?"

This woman was far worse, better, than the first three. He tried not to look down her cleveage and blushed again high on his cheeks. when he realized she had ordered him another drink he stammared quickly "Oh-oh n-no it's ok! I don't need another drink! I just got this one!" he held up his glass and it caught some of the club light, it was mostly whiskey. he took a drink of it and managed not to grimace at the flavor. Arystar looked toward Nathalia and tried to sound confidient when he said "Ah-Arystar Cory... Ah a pleasure to meet you." he switched his drink from one hand to the other and held it toward the new woman, so she could place her hand in his in greeting. The Bartender placed the new drink at his elbow and set down her martini, he hadn't thought of ordering a drink like that, but was glad because he ended up getting a drink like it anyway, he was sure the bartender would of made it too strong anyway.

Shawna's lips curved upwards in a slow smile. She was particularly good at directing men's attention to certain parts of her body. Her lips and cleavage were the most common, of course, and for the ones she really liked, she moved on to the legs and her backside.
She picked up her glass and held it up, but didn't drink. "The pleasure is all mine, Arystar," she said coolly. "I'm Shawna."

He dropped his hand and held onto his drink. He wondered if his way of introduction was rude. he had been thinking he had been too rude, he took a drink from his glass. it was getting easier to drink it, he wondered if he should worry. he started to feel distant from both of the women he was sitting between. He looked dispassionately across the dance floor and mussed his hair, it actually fell across his eyes and face in a sexy look. He looked at Shawna and gave her a smirk, he didn't look so innocent anymore and he said "I can see the lace on your bra, you might want to pick up your shirt some." his voice picked up a sort of coolness, He was matching his look, not that he realized it any.

Shawna laughed devilishly. She was definitely intrigued now. He appeared cool and rakish, but he was almost painfully awkward. And then he pulled out a comment like that... Oh, yes... she was intrigued.
"Oh, my... not so shy anymore, are you, pumpkin?" she cooed. "If the lace of my bra is bothering you, I could always take it off...."
