Aftermath of a Tragedy (Victims, family, etc.)

[Jaquelyn Frazier]

Jackie smiled softly. "What do I tell them when they tease me?" She asked, and shook her head gently. "I just tell them they can tease me about you all they want because it doesn't matter. I need you." Even in her pain and drug induced haze, she was scared to tell Dean that she loved him, but she did. She was sixteen, she wasn't supposed to know what real love was, right? But she was certain she felt it with Dean.

She struggled to take a deep breath and half sit up with Dean's help, swallowing the potion before settling back into the bed. "I have to sleep," she said finally, her eyes heavier than they had been so far.

[Dean Fisher]

It wasn't that Dean was dependent on Jackie, it was just the fact that she helped him be complete and show a side that only she could bring out. Hearing her say that she needed him to, made him feel better.

After Jackie finished drinking the potion, Dean helped her lean back against the bed so that she could be more comfortable. He sat beside her bed and held on to her hand. "You go ahead and sleep. I'll be here whenever you wake up."

Jackie nodded, her eyes closed before she was even back against the pillows.

"Thank you, Dean," she said, her voice full of gratitude. She felt better knowing he was there, and it was only with his okay that she finally let herself drift off without the worry of forcing herself back awake.

Her hand was still in his.

[Gage Oliver]

Once Gage and Lily made it through the passageway, they followed a lage group of people to the Hospital wing. Gage was glad to see that not a lot of people were fatally hurt and that most of the people in the wing were trying to help the healers as best as possible. "Come on Lily," Gage said. "Let's get that shoulder looked at," he wanted to make sure she was okay before worrying about himself.

[Lily Evans]

Lily shook her head as she looked around at the injured people. "No... don't even worry about me," she said. "There are others more seriously hurt than I am."

She saw Jackie Frazer, looking very pale and weak. And Professor Black was sitting next to a man she didn't recognize and she seemed to be crying. And James... he was safe, but he was sitting with Robin, who did not look well at all.

"James!" she cried, running to him. "I... I'm glad you're OK. What happened to Robin? is she OK?"

[James Potter]

James had done everything Madam Pomfrey told him to. He was talking softly to Robin, but the he let her rest once she had the potion she needed. James was going to stay as long as he could without Madam Pomfrey chasing him out. He wanted to stay with Robin to make sure that she was better.

He was staring at Robin laying there and still holding onto her hand when he heard his name. "Lily," James said looking a little relieved. He had worried about her as well, so it was good news that she was alright. He looked her over, checking for any signs that she was hurt in any way.

"I'm glad that you're OK too." James looked back to Robin, then to Lily. "She had been pinned under debris from the explosion, but Madam Pomfrey said that she should be fine. She took a potion, so she's just resting right now."

Lily felt a little better seing that he was alright. Peter was also nearby, she noticed, with Adelaide. But where were Sirius and Remus?

"I'm glad she's going to be OK," she said. "I just hurt my shoulder... but it can wait. have you seen Sirius or Remus? When I came through the passageway, Emmeline was guiding people through alone."

[James Potter]

He nodded, but a look of concern crossed his face when she said that she hurt her shoulder. "You should get it checked out as soon as you can," he said. "Wait, Emmeline was alone?" James didn't even see Peter come in.

He looked around the wing, and his eyes landed on Peter and Adelaide. "I didn't even see him come in," said James. "Last time I saw Remus, he helped me get that piece of debris off of Robin, then he took off running. I saw Sirius at the passageway, but I guess he went to go help to." He frowned. James hoped that Sirius and Remus were alright.

[Lily Evans]

"I think Sirius went looking for Remus.. but I don't know what happened. There are some awful things going on out there, James. I don't think I'll ever forget it."

She let out a little sigh. "Well, I guess I'd better go sit down... I'm feeling a little dizzy. I'm glad you're OK."

She turned around, revealing to James the large bloody gash on the back of her shoulder. It was still bleeding at an alarming rate, and the loss of blood was making her weak. She took just a few steps before she blacked out.

He could agree with Lily. The images of what he saw, he would never forget. James just wished that there was more that he could have done. "Alright. Take care," James said softly.

Watching her go, James noticed blood on Lily's shoulder. He let go of Robin's hand quickly and jumped from his chair. "Lily," he practically yelled. James grabbed her, some of her blood getting on him, but he didn't care. He put her on an empty bed beside Robin. "Help!"

[Jon Thomas]

Jon was giving potion to a girl, and turned around when he heard someone yell. He was trying to get to the different patients as soon as he could. As soon as the girl finished the potion, Jon ran over to the boy that yelled.

"What's going on?" He noticed that there was blood, and he carefully turned her over. Jon pointed his wand at the gash on the girl's shoulder and muttered an incantation to help stop the bleeding. There was a lot of blood loss from what he could tell. "I'll give her a potion for her blood loss. She should be fine after that, but I'll check and make sure she doesn't have any more injuries after she takes the potion."

Jon disappeared to where Madam Pomfrey kept the potions and grabbed the right flask and poured it into a cup. He made sure that the girl swallowed the potion.

Looking back at the boy, Jon gave him a half smile. "Don't worry. She'll be just fine. Call me over if anything happens, alright?"

[Madam Poppy Pomfrey]

Madam Pomfrey felt a pang of fear as she saw the hospital wing beginning to fill up. Jonathan was helping a lot, and she was grateful for it, but there were still so many injured. Next she made her way over to Seth and Maxi.

"OK, dear, what happened to her?" she asked Seth.

[Gage Oliver]

Gage was waiting patiently while Lily went to talk to James. He took a few deep breaths, glad to be out of the chaos in Hogsmeade.

Then he saw Lily collapse. "Lily!" Gage called, running over to her and Helping James lie her in a bed. Gage sat beside her bed as the Healer gave her a potion, and he watched her for signs, either good or bad.

[Seth Inophen]

Madame Pomfrey came over to them. "She was hit with a stunning spell I think..." Seth said. "And when she fell she hit her head pretty hard. We were attacked by a Death Eater while trying to escape..." Seth shivered as he remembered fighting the death eater. "She's been going in an out of consciousness...but she's been out for a long time now..."

[Madam Poppy Pomfrey]

Madam Pomfrey frowned. It seemed the girl had been hit by a particularly strong Stunning spell. It was unusual for a single Stunner to affect a person this badly, but perhaps the girl had been weak or had been hit at close range. But there wasn't much that could be done to fix the problem; it really just had to pass.

"She needs to gather her strength," Madam Pomfrey said. "I'll set her up on an IV to send nourishment into her system. It's really all I can do for her. The rest has to be done by her. But you can help, by sitting with her and talking with her."

[Seth Inophen]

Seth nodded, "Thank you, Madame Pomfrey," Seth said quietly, taking a seat beside Maxi and taking her hand. "You hear that Max?" Seth said using his free hand and brushing her blond hair off her face. "Madame Pomfrey said you're going to be fine, you just have to wake up, baby..." he whispered.

[Madam Poppy Pomfrey]

Madam Pomfrey quickly set up an IV for the girl. Although this sort of thing was more commonly done in a muggle hospital than in a wizarding one, Madam Pomfrey still thought the treatment was useful in some cases. She had just finished setting it all up and was about to turn to another patient, when someone else burst through the door.

[Mathieu Ferrera]

Mathieu burst in, carrying Amandine, levitating Cyrus, and leading Cara into the hospital wing. He floated Cyrus over to the nearest bed and laid him down gently, finally removing the protective bubble. "Poppy!" he called. "He was hit by a curse... it involved purple flames. I removed the curse, but he's in bad shape..."

Ama's father had carried her into the hospital wing, she was too tramatized to even move, too scared that Jamie and Roland were still not heard from and that Cyrus was hurt. She laid her head on her father's shoulder and tried to calm down as they waited for Madame Pomfrey.

[Madam Poppy Pomfrey]

Madam Pomfrey's eyes widened as she heard about the curse that had hit Cyrus. Although there were others that had been there longer than he had, she deemed him to be a priority. She rushed over and began a scan of his system using her incantation.

After a few minutes, she looked up at his family. "There's a lot of damage," she said grimly. "I think he'll make it, but he'll be laid up for a while. I want to start with a blood replenishing potion, and then I need to hook him up to an IV to hydrate his system. After that, it will just take some time to heal."
