Andrea didn't want to stop either. It was hard to keep her goal in mind. Her goal being that once he saw her as a girl he'd want to keep her with him for the rest of the voyage...she didn't know what she planned then. She didn't even think she really minded being his mistress although she knew he was looking for marriage. It was almost too much to hope for that he'd want to marry her, but perhaps he'd want to keep her...and heaven help her she wanted him to want her for more reasons than what forced her into this scheme. She was starting to, or perhaps over the years already had fallen in love with her captain.
"Thank you." she murmured as he offered his Jacket, " That is kind."

Reluctantly, Christopher let go of Andrea for a moment to shrug off his jacket. He carefully put it around her shoulders to help keep her warm. Christopher wasn't worried about himself, she was the one that needed the jacket.
He found himself mesmerized completely. It was as if he had found what he had been looking for, even though he had only known Andrea less than a day. Christopher was definitely staying at port for a few days. He had to spend as much time with her as he could to be sure that he wanted to take her with him. He wasn't sure if she would want to go or not, but he was going to ask her the day before they were going to leave. Christopher also made the mental note of writing Christine and letting her know of what was happening so far. She would probably be happy of the news.
He took Andrea's hand and led her away from the courtyard. "Which hotel are you staying in?"

"The Blue Lagoon." she said a little breathless from his gentleman like manner. He was a gentleman on the ship too, but in a different way, he was simply mannerable and easy to talk to, he respected others and got respect in return, but she never thought really how he would have treated her as a woman and she found the way he was treating her to be positively divine.

"The Blue Lagoon," repeated Christopher. "That's interesting. I'm also staying there." What were the odds that they were staying at the same place? Was it really fate that he actually met a woman like this, who just happened to be staying at the same place he was?
He was sliently pondering this idea as they continued to draw near the hotel. Christopher gave a sideways glance to Andrea as he opened the door for her. "What floor?"

"Second." she told him. The richer floors were higher but she had spent practically all she had earned in time of service with Christopher on accommodations and enough clothing for the rest of the week, she had some more saved, and a few jewelry pieces she could sell if she desperately needed it, but she was betting everything she had on this single chance. She didn't know if she was crazy or just plain desperate, but in his arms, she didn't really care.

"I'm on the third," he replied. Christopher didn't care to stay in the extremely rich rooms. If he had somewhere he could rest his head, he would be happy. He smiled again as he led Andrea to the elevator and pressed the up button.
"I've had the most enjoyable night, thanks to you Andrea," Christopher said honestly. "You've made stopping here quite interesting." He smiled again and walked into the elevator as the doors opened. He pressed two and the doors shut. There was something enticing about being alone with her, Christopher had never experienced before. He wasn't going to shut it out of his mind. He was going to see where things went over the next couple of days.
As the elevator ride was over, Christopher led Andrea out into the hall. "What room are you staying in?"

She let him guide her, not sure that she could find the room on her own but determined to look like she at least knew what she was doing.
She stepped out of the elevator thinking the night was over and quite upset about it when he asked her what room she was in. She took a deep breath and turned back to face him. "204" she answered sweetly.

Christopher nodded and found room 204 without a problem. He stopped outside her door, hesitant to let her go. "I have to thank you again," he said. He looked away for a moment, then looked back to her, not letting her go just yet. "I was wondering, would you like to possibly go out again tomorrow? Maybe we could do breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or we could do a combination if you wanted to." Christopher did know that one thing was for certain, he wanted to spend whatever time he could with this woman.

So it was the end of their affair. She couldn't help but smile even as she felt she was losing. He was a pirate true, but he was a gentleman pirate and she had made herself a lady. He would not be inviting her to stay the night with him, not that she'd really know what to do if he did. Somehow she had hoped her feminine wiles would have been enough to overcome his gentleman streak. She needed to impress him somehow, and though she knew that he did not need a full night in her company to be impressed, she didn't see how that would have hurt her cause.
She was ready to say goodnight, and goodbye, when he asked to see her tomorrow. Suddenly hope flared in her chest brightly, "I'd love to see you tomorrow." she whispered the sound of relief almost hitting her words.

Relief hit him. So she did want to spend more time with him. That gave him more hope that this could be the person he could sail back home with after he finished his delivery. "Great," came his reply. "I'll come by around eight thirty in the morning and we'll go for breakfast." Christopher was smiling, still not wanting to leave Andrea just yet. He was close to her and he knew that if he wanted to, all he had to do was lean down and kiss her. That thought raged in his mind and he leaned down to kissed her in a chaste way.
Once he pulled away, he gave her a nod. "I'll see you tomorrow morning, and goodnight. Hope you sleep well."

Andrea's heart sped up. It seemed to do that a lot around him, and she knew she was flushing terribly, "I'll see you then." she managed to reply still a little breathless.
She wasn't expecting the kiss. Chaste or not it was...progress and it left her dazed.
All she could do was nod.
