All of Alice's doubts melted away the moment he kissed her. Her eyes fluttered open when he pulled away and her answer was to pull him back for another kiss as she whispered.. "....almost."

He chuckled. "Hm, I think we'll have to fix that almost, don't you," he whispered. Frank kissed her again, keeping his hand on the back of her neck. Kissing her took away the world. His problems were gone and he was thinking about disappeared.
Frank took a little longer this time, but then slowly pulled away again. "I think that one worked better."

Alice leaned into his kiss enjoying the feel of him, the scent of him, and the taste of him. And everything else melted away, the whole world seemed to vanish except for the two of them. Then Frank pulled away and Alice smiled up at him, "I think so too, much better."

Frank smiled as he remained close to her. "Good," he said. "It's good to see you smile." He reached for her hand and put it in his to keep it warm, plus he just liked holding it. "Now, I think we should go see about your dress. Don't you?" He leaned in and kissed her quickly and brought her back out into the streets.

His hand was warm and she enjoyed having him hold hers, of course she enjoyed the kiss more but .. then he kissed her again and she grinned. "okay, if you're sure you want to" She still wasn't too sure if he was only going with her to make her feel better, but it was one of those moments where she just wanted him to be with her and odd as it might seem, she wanted him to help.

He led her into the dress shop. Upon entering, Frank began to look around. He wasn't doing this just to make Alice happy. He was doing it to spend time with her, and he thought it might be fun.
An extremely poofy dress caught his eye. A smile spread across his face. Frank picked up the bright purple, extremely poofy dress. "What do you think about this one," he asked with a playful look.

Alice groaned, "you are hopeless, you know that? That is hideous!" she laughed at the monstrosity of a dress. "I'd look like a flying purple people eater in that thing!" She gave him a playful smack on the arm. "what colors do you like best?" she asked trying to get an idea of which section of the store to start in first.

Frank laughed. "I know, I know," he said. "I thought that I would get you to laugh." He put the dress back on the rack and turned back to Alice. "I like blues and greens. I think maybe a light blue would look good on you, or black. Actually, you look good in anything really, but I guess I am a little biased." He winked at her. "I wouldn't go with anything too poofy however. I'm not to crazy about that."

"Poofy.. got it." she said giggling as she took his hand and dragged him through the other side of the store where the dresses were in her size and looked for the blue dresses first. She had an idea of what she was looking for but she wanted to try on several styles and colors to make sure. Besides that way he wouldn't know which one she picked. "How about you pick out three you like and I'll pick out three. And then we'll see what else looks good as we go."

He didn't have a problem being dragged across the store. Frank watched her look through the dress rack. "I do believe I can do that." Frank looked around and started to look through the dresses. He did pick up three black dresses since she was looking through the blue ones. He found one that was spagetti strapped and would fall down past her knees. Then, another one that seemed like it had a little bit of beading on it. It wasn't too much, but the bottom was cut at an angle. Finally, the third one he picked up, flowed out a little at the bottom, but it was pretty nevertheless. Satisfied with what he picked, he walked back over to Alice. "Here you go," he said showing her his choices.

Alice smiled as she looked at the ones he'd picked, "very nice Mr Longbottom, I might have to bring you with me every time I go shopping," she winked at him teasing wondering if he'd groan at that comment. She didn't show him the three blue ones she'd picked out yet and just added them to the ones he handed her. "Okay so lets find three that aren't blue or black. How about... green, white and a dark red?"

Frank just rolled his eyes but smiled all the same. "If you really want me to go with you shopping, I can't really say no to that." He smiled at him. "I'll go after the green ones. Good luck with the red ones and the white ones." He noticed that Alice hands where full. "Better yet, go ahead and go try those on. After you finish, we can look for more. That sound pretty good?"

Alice chuckled as he kept her from finding more dresses in other colors but she didn't argue. Instead she leaned up and kissed him on the cheek and went off to try on the dresses. The first one she tried on was blue with some beading, and she peeked out to see if Frank was nearby. "ppssst... Frank come here. I need you to help me zip it up." It had a long zipper in the back that went from her butt to the top and she couldn't reach it by herself.

Frank followed Alice to the dressing room area, and the witch that worked there told him he could sit while Alice tried on her dresses. Naturally, he didn't have a problem with sitting and waiting for Alice. His mind began to wonder of different matters, but it ended up landing on his relationship with Alice. A smile spread across his face.
A few moments later, Frank noticed Alice's head peek out of the curtains. He laughed and walked up to her. "Sure. Turn around," he said. Frank gently put his hands on her back. He noticed how far the zipper went down, but he zipped it up anyway after his cheeks were slightly red. Once he was finished, he planted a kiss on her neck before resting his chin on her shoulder. He smiled. "You look amazing."

Alice blushed slightly, "So how would you rate this one... between a one and a five.. five being the best." She looked at the mirrior to see if it fit right and blushed that he seemed to like it and she reached up to play with his hair softly. "Don't forget I have 5 other dresses to try on still."

"Everything looks good on you," he replied. Frank wasn't kidding. He didn't care what Alice was in, she would still look good, but then again that was just his opinion. However, with the dresses, he would try and give a none biased answer. "I think a 5. I really like this one," Frank said as she played with his hair. He looked at her in the mirror a few seconds longer before planting another kiss on her neck. "Alright, try on the next one." He reached up and gently unzipped the dress for her.

Alice grinned making a mental note and as she went back to change into the next dress she set this one in the pile of possible purchase ones. She pulled out a black one with a sleaveless sweetheart neckline dress that dipped in the front and went down in the front with a layered but almost flat skirt that would flow out when you spun in a circle. This one she was able to zip on her own since it was smaller and in a spot she could reach. She opened the curtain and stepped out for Frank to see.

Frank walked back out and sat down in one of the comfortable chairs. The witch that helped Alice into the dressing room, stared at Frank and gave him a knowing smile. He just raised an eyebrow at her and returned her smile with a half one.
He turned back to the curtain that Alice was behind and waited patiently. There was nothing bad or boring about waiting for her. There was always the excitement about what she would look like.
A smile spread across his face as Alice came out with the dress on. She looked gorgeous. He had to say that he liked that dress better than the first one. It seemed to fit her in all the right places, but still didn't show off too much. Frank gave her a thumbs up. "I love it. I kinda like that one better than the first one though."

Alice grinned happy that he'd liked it, of course she had to spin in a little circle so he could see the full effect while dancing. When he gave her two thumbs up she winked and ducked back into the curtain to try another one on. She changed into one of the others he'd picked, a blue spegetti strapped one that went just past her knees. She was able to get this one on herself too and stepped out again for his apprasal.

He loved doing this with Alice. It was worth it, he knew, plus it was hard to tell her no. As the curtain opened again. Frank studied her for a moment and twirled his finger in the air for her to turn around. He thought hard for a moment. "I like it, but it doesn't seem like it does right in here," said Frank motioning to his stomach area. "It just doesn't fit right I don't really think." He took another glance over it. It just didn't really seem to fit her well. The dress didn't say Alice.
