"Well, maybe I can ask at the Three Broomsticks," he said. "After what I did last night, I'm not sure they'll hire me at the Hog's Head. You know, knocking my glass over. Also, after I took you upstairs, I'm pretty sure I got in a fight, or tried to, or something."

Rochelle laughed. "Well, then, I don't think you should try there then. Why did you try to fight someone, or do you not remember?"

He shook his head. "My memory's a bit fuzzy, I'm afraid. I don't even remember who I tried to fight... I don't think I actually hit him, but I tried." He sighed. "I guess I get a bit out of control when I drink too much. I really should quit."

Rochelle laughed again. "I'm sorry, didn't mean to laugh," said Rochelle. "Well, I'll help you to try and cut down on how much you drink. How does that sound?"

Sully laughed slightly. "Well, I imagine I made a right arse of myself," he admitted. "I'm pretty sure I passed out and was dragged into a room at the Hog's Head. I woke up this morning in there, and I don't remember even taking a room." He shook his head. "You can try, but I don't think it'll be easy. I drink to... forget about things. It's just that sometimes, I forget the wrong things.... like what I did last night."

"Well, it may not be easy, but just about anything is possible," said Rochelle. "And just a key note, drinking won't actually help you forget things. Most of the time it makes things harder on you."

"You're right, of course," Sully said. "It's just a lot easier to say that than it is to act on it. Drinking is taking the easy way out." He sighed. "Maybe I shouldn't work as a bartender. Too much temptation, you know?" He thought for a minute. "Isn't there a nightclub around here? Maybe they could use a bouncer. Just think... I could fight with people and get paid for it." He laughed, but it was a slightly uneasy laugh. For some reason, Rochelle seemed to think he was a good person, and he didn't want to disappoint her. It was a strange feeling. It reminded him of Jessica.

Rochelle laughed. "You could do that. I hear that there's a lot of vampire and that kind of activity there. There was some man in the Hog's Head talking about it the other day," said Rochelle. "So I don't think that you would be that bored."

"Vampires, eh? Well, I'd definitely be up for that. Vampires are really nasty creatures. Maybe we ought to head over there and see if they need a bouncer." He smiled slightly. "Not the most glamourous job, to be sure, but I definitely think I could handle it." For some reason, he wanted to take her hand as he started to walk, but he decided against it.

Rochelle smiled again and began to walk along side him. "I think you'd be good at it. So what if it isn't the most glamourous job, at least you have one, and it'll probably end up being fun," said Rochelle.

He nodded. "Aye. There's not much that's more fun than chasing away vampires," he agreed. "I've even slain a few of them. It's pretty satisfying." As they walked, he glanced over at her, admiring the way the sunlight shone through her hair.

"I've never really have had any trouble with vampires to be honest, but then again I guess timing is everything," said Rochelle. She took a side glance at Sully and then back ahead with her face slightly pink. "It's actually getting pretty warm out," she commented lamely.

He looked up at the sky for a second. "Yeah, I guess it is," he agreed. They were just about at the club, and Sully didn't say anything else for a while. As they walked up to the door, he saw the sign that said Help Wanted: Apply Within. "Well, it looks like this is me lucky day, doesn't it?" he said.

"Well, I guess it is," said Rochelle with a smile. "This day has turned out to be good so far, which is a good thing. After you," she said opening the door to the club.

"That's more than I can say about most of my days," Sully admitted. He walked into the club and smiled at her. "Thanks," he said. "Why don't you wait here and I'll ask about the job?" He walked off into the back and approached a man who ws sitting there doing paperwork. He was told that the club needed someone to act as a bouncer, to keep things in line with the vampires and death eaters and underaged students. Sully quickly told him about his background as an auror and werewolf hunter, carefully leaving out the year he'd spent in the hospital. The man nodded and said he had the job. He would start that night. Sully thanked the man, then approached Rochelle. "Well, that was easy," he said. "So what should we do now?"

Rochelle waited by the entrance of the club while Sully walked to the back to ask about the job. She smiled at him whenever he returned. "Well then, I'm glad that getting jobs today was that easy. I'm not sure what we should do. We could walk around some more, or something. I don't really care to be honest with you."

Sully opened the door, and they stepped outside. Almost as a reflex, he took her hand and held it for a second before realizing what he was doing. He let go quickly, suddenly feeling like he couldn't breathe. "We could, uh...." he began uncertainly. "I don't know."

Rochelle turned her head towards Sully as soon as he grabbed her hand, but she didn't really mind, and then he quickly let go, and she was still slightly confused. "We could go get something to drink, because I'm thirsty," said Rochelle quickly.

"Aye, a drink sounds good," Sully said, his voice a bit hoarse. He felt like his throat was closing up. He didn't look at her as they headed toward the Three Broomsticks.

Rochelle walked along side of Sully and had an urge to take his hand, but she resisted it, and continued walking ahead, not really saying anything. She opened to door once again, and held it open so Sully would go on in and she followed right behind. "Where do you want to sit," she finally said.
