Vincent wheeled his chair next to Elle. "Thank you, Albus. Pardon me for not standing up," he began, grinning slightly. He looked out at the rest of the people seated in front of him. "Elle Wright claims not guilty by reason of temporary insanity. I intend to prove, through several witnesses, that Miss Wright was kidnapped by Laitia Kirak, who modified her memory, resulting in terrible memory troubles, confusion, and a changed personality. It is because of this memory modification that Elle Wright temporarily lost her mind and attacked her godmother, Laitia. Her actions were not of her own control, and therefore she is innocent of the attempted murder." He wheeled his chair back slightly. "I'd like to call my first witness."

''Well I found her outside of Hogwarts, I was with Sabrina St. Clare, my cousin. She was all weird as if she had been under a spell. I was scared that she might be like that forever.'' She said and cleared her throat, ''She didn't remember much at all, how she ended up finding her way to Hogwarts, I have no idea, But I can tell you, she was under a spell.''

''Yes.'' Lucie said and continued, ''When I found her, she couldn't even remember her own cousin's name, then she ran and screamed as if we were ghosts!'' She said.

Erasmus snorted, The girl was obviously just as demented as the girl that was on trial. He turned to Greta and pretended to be reviewing the information, but instead he said "She will be easy to discount. she helps us more than her family." he said with an ever so slight smile. at Greta.

Natalie saw Erasmus whispering something to the woman next to him and smiling a foul grin. She shivered again. She wanted to say something, to do something, to make him stop. She wanted him to go away. But she sat there, staring at his back with her soul-penetrating stare.

Erasmus felt an odd feeling as he sat in the courtroom, he felt as though some one was watching his every move. He Turned and saw a little girl, no more than ten sending him a look that would of chilled another person, he narrowed his eyes and thought 'what a wretched creature, what does she want?'

When he turned around to look at her, Natalie felt a horrible chill run down her spine. Then she felt like she was going to be sick. The hate, the evil, the utter contempt for other people... it was so powerful she could almost taste it, a harsh, bitter taste in her mouth. Her stomach churned and she couldn't stop shaking. She couldn't be here anymore... Abruptly she got up and ran out of the courtroom.

Sabrina had noticed that Natalie had run out of the room and she was about to go after her little sister when Mr. Corrigan called her name. She frowned. She didn't want Natalie to be all alone out there, when she was obviously upset. But she had to give her account to Mr. Corrigan. Elle needed her help now, too. With one last look at the door, Sabrina walked down to the little seat next to Elle, ready to tell her side of the story.

Lucie gave a slight smile and sat back town, she turned around and noticed that Natalie had ran out of the courtroom, she thought to herself, She I go out there?...
((OOC:Should Lucie go after Natalie, but not find her, becuase you wanted her to wonder around the department of mysteries, so she could go to the wrong department or something....))

Vincent smiled at Sabrina. "Now, Miss St. Clare, you are Elle Wright's cousin and best friend, right? Would you like to tell me how she has been different since the kidnapping?"

"Yes," Sabrina said. "Elle is my best friend. We were always really close. We were outside in the Quidditch Pitch practicing and a group of Death Eaters came in and attacked us, and one of them took Elle. When she came back, she didn't even know my name. She was running around the school like she was scared of her own shadow, and she was acting like... like an airhead. She giggled a lot and couldn't remember things or even how to do things, and she passed out a number of times. It wasn't like her at all. It took a long time for her to get back to herself."
