Well, maybe Roland wouldn't do it on purpose. If he only knew that the first time had been on purpose.

"It feels like everything's falling apart." He would have thought, with Roland back, that things would have felt better. But everyone seemed quiet and confused, unsure of things. No one was responding like they should. Hayden, who Liam looked to for an example in nearly all things, wouldn't even go see their cousin.

"No girls. You?"

Liam was right. It did feel like everything was falling apart but then again maybe that was how it worked. Everything was supposed to fall apart and then things would be put back together better than what it was before. Hayden wasn't sure how it was supposed to work, but that was his logic for the moment.

"I thought at least you would have a girl by now," Hayden said attempting to tease his brother. "I don't have one either, but mum asked about it for the first time today." He rolled his eyes and leaned back in his chair.
