"Great, I can't wait to hear the response." Ally said. She turned to look out at the water when Natalie commented on how the different kinds of creatures in the lake. "You know, I think I have a book about the different types of creatures that can be found in this lake." Ally reached around and grabbed her bag to look for the book. She found it and showed it to Natalie. "I checked this out of the library when I got here, so that I would know more about the lake."

"That's really interesting," Natalie said. She leaned over and looked at the book. "So, the mermaids aren't really pretty, like in Muggle cartoons?"

Ally looked at the picture of a mermaid and said, "I guess not. I always thought that they did, but I guess I was wrong." She looked at the other pictures to try and see what other creatures could be in the lake.
