Visiting

[Korbel]

Korbel frowned. "I'm sorry," said Korbel. "The worst thing you can remember is getting attacked. I'm sorry for what he did to you."

[Kris Lupin]

"If he hadn't I wouldn't have met you." Ashura said putting a hand on his chest. Meeting Korbel was the next best thing to meeting her brother.

[Korbel]

Korbel gave a slight laugh. "Yeah, I guess so," he said. When he was around Ashura, it seemed as if his tough guy exterior seemed to fade out. It was like he didn't have to be a tough guy around her, because it seemed like she saw through that. He gave her a smile. "There are always good and bad things from getting attacked."

"Yeah, the bad thing is I don't remember my past the good is finding you." Ashura said smiling then she kissed him.

[Korbel]

Korbel gave her another smile. "Well, I do suppose that's a good thing," he said with a laugh. He ran a hand through her soft hair and taking in her scent. She smelled like wildflowers, which was one of his favorite scents. Korbel kissed her forehead and pushed a stray hair behind her ear.

Ashura smiled as she looked into his eyes. She felt like that them being together was a secret but she didn't care as long as he came to see her. "The memories about the attack came to me in my sleep."

[Korbel]

"I'm sorry about that," said Korbel, "but I can tell you what. Tonight, if you have dreams about it, and wake up, just wake me up too. You know I'll be right here beside you and I don't mind you waking me up if you need to." He gave her another smile. Around Ashura, it seemed like he couldn't help but smile all the time. She made him pretty much happy, and he didn't want anything like that to end. Sure, putting on the tough guy act when he wasn't with her was alright, but he rather have the feeling that he did around her, all the time.

Ashura smiled and hugged him and whispered, "You're sweet."

((Hmm...... I'm not sure really. I'm not sure when Isa wants to do the plot thing so I'll find out from her, and you'll find out))

Korbel tensed a little as Ashura put her arms around him. He wasn't really used to the whole hug thing, but he relaxed and hugged her back. "I can only when I want to be," he said with a wink. "I'm serious. If you need to, just wake me, or you have a thing where you can't sleep, still wake me. I don't want you to feel alone anymore."

Ashura who had had a rough nights sleep the night before dropped her arms and closed her eyes and yawned getting close to falling asleep.

[Korbel]

Korbel noticed that she was yawning. "Here before you fall to sleep, let's get you comfortable." He kept his arms around her and gently helped her lay back, before laying beside her. Korbel made sure that she was laying on his arm and pulled her closer to him so that when he drifted off to sleep he could smell her scent. "There, are you more comfortable now?"

"Yes, thank you, Korbel." Ashura whispered still smiling as she drifted off to sleep, she was glad that he was staying with her.

Korbel gave her another light smile and ran one hand through her hair as she closed her eyes. He leaned over and kissed her forehead. "Goodnight," he whispered softly.
