"You try to talk me out of things," she teased. In actuality, Dean was pretty much the only person alive that could tell her no and get away with it. With everyone else, she blatantly ignored them and did it anyway. "No" was a challange, and she loved challanges.
"Dean stop," she said when he poked her side. She meant it, but she laughed when she said it and knew he wouldn't stop anyway. She was ridiculously ticklish on her sides. She was already pushing at him to get away, knowing he'd do it again.

"Stop what? Stratching my face? It's itching," he said looking at her. Dean felt her trying to push away from him, but he held on to her so she couldn't really get away. "I mean, I can stop stratching my face, but that only means," Dean trailed off and poked her sides a few more times before he started to tickle her more while he held on to her.

"This is so unfair," she managed before she bit her lip to keep herself from laughing. It only encouraged him when she laughed, but she couldn't help but try and get away from him. Damn him for being twice as tall and three times as strong as she was.

Dean started laughing as he tickled her. He loved to her hear laughter. It was one of the many things that he loved about her. In fact, he loved everything about her.
Once he figured that she couldn't really breath anymore, he let up. Plus, his shaggy brown hair was getting in his eyes. Dean moved his head to get his hair out of eyes. He smiled down at her. If he wasn't so damn shy when it came to girls, he would have kissed her. "You told me to stop and I stopped stratching my face, so I had not other choice than to tickle you. It was your choice."

Thank Merlin the boy knew when to stop... she was completely at his mercy when he tickled her. Despite the fact that she squirmed and fought, they both knew she couldn't get away.
"Yes," she said catching her breath and running a hand through her hair to straighten it out. "I can see where the only option left was attacking me. How very silly of me. It's a good thing you're so cute, you know." Finally pulling out of his arms, she shugged out of her cloak. It was hot now and she didn't need it anymore.

Dean blushed a dark red when she said that he was cute. He couldn't help it. He let her slip out from under his arm to take her cloak off. Dean slipped his off as well and laid it on the arm of the couch next to him. "I couldn't help myself when I tickled you. It's just fun getting you to squirm like that. It's what I live for."

Jackie blinked and looked at him for a moment. Did he know how dirty what he just said sounded? And he looked adorable with that blush in his cheeks. If they weren't such good friends...
She wasn't quite sure how to respond to that, and it wasn't often someone rendered her speechless.
Instead, she moved to the other end of the couch and curled up, her head on the arm of it. "I'm not coming back unless you swear not to tickle me."

Dean didn't realized why it took Jackie a few moments to respond. Of course, he didn't realize what he said sounded dirty.
He held up his hands. "I promise I won't tickle you, although I'm not going to promise you I won't tease you." He grinned with his hands still raised. "I swear. I won't tickle you. If I tickle you, then you can make me do whatever you want me to for a whole month."

She narrowed her eyes. "I don't know. You might like that," she said, still not moving.
Then, seemingly out of nowhere, she sat up. "Teach me how to play chess," she said. She often played checkers with Dean, and knew he played chess, but it always seemed a little tedious to her.

He started to laugh. "I don't know about that. I'm sure that mind of yours would cause me to do something insane."
Dean studied her from the other end of the couch and raised an eyebrow when she suddenly wanted him to teach her to play chess. "Alright. I can do that. Wizard's chess is alwas fun!" He grinned and looked on the table. A chess board with pieces appeared on the table. "Here, you sit right here on the couch," he said as he stood up and moved to the floor so that he could be across from the board.

She raised an amused eyebrow at him as she shifted into the center of the couch.
"We can get you a chair or something, you know," she said.
She moved to the front of the couch though, and waited for him to get set up or do whatever he needed to do. She was ready to learn.

"No, no, I don't mind sitting in the floor," he said sitting down. All the pieces were already set up. "Alright. The basics. the front line of pieces are your pawns, then in the back row from left to right are, the queen's side castle, bischop, knight, queen, king, and then the others are the same pieces as the ones on the left. Now, in order to move, the white moves first, and then you have to move your pawns first. When you move your pawns, the can only move forward. For the very first move, you can move a pawn one or two spaces, after that, only one. Got it?"

Jackie nodded. "So far, so good. It's these guys that get complicated," she said, motioning to the second row of pieces. She had watched a game or two, and it usually ended up either boring her to tears or boggling her mind. But she could get into it if she made herself focus... and she had a teacher she could listen to. "But I've see these move diagonally, too."

"I can understand how the second row gets confusing. The way I was taught, the pawns only move forward." Dean looked up from the board, and to Jackie. "I'll walk you through the game. It won't be that hard, I promise." He smiled and looked down at the board. "Alright, since you're the white pieces, you go first."

(They can move diagonal ONLY if you can capture another piece with them)
She frowned, but nodded. "I trust you," she said. If he said the game wouldn't be that hard, she would believe him.
She looked down at the board, and sighed, knowing there should probably be some thought out planning to her move, but there was none. She moved the pawn in front of her knight two spaces, and looked up at Dean.

(Oh yeah... I forgot about that... tis been awhile since I've played. ) "Good," he said watching what she was doing. Dean thought for a moment and then moved the pawn that was infront of his bishop on the left side up two spaces. He looked back up at her. Dean realized that he had to look up at Jackie, instead of looking down at her. It was pretty funny, and then she looked so pretty. He shook his head a little. He should be focusing on the game and not on her, but it was hard not to.

Jackie watched his move and debated mimicking it, but instead moved the pawn diagonally right of the Queenside bishop up one space.
"You can start moving the second row when there are no pieces in font of them, right?" She asked. That seemed logical to her, and since this whole game was based on logic and skill, she figured it should work.

Dean nodded to her question and moved another one of his pawns on the other end of the board, one space. "See, the game is not that hard, you just have to think." He gave her a smile before focusing on the game again. Dean thought that he was going to go easy on her since this was basically the first time she had ever played. He would let her get a feel for the game, and then as she got better, he wouldn't be so easy on her.

"It must have been invented by a Ravenclaw, then," She murmured, moving the pawn directly in front of the same bishop. She was clearing space for however he was supposed to move.
"Is that what you lot do when you're in your common room? I mean, Hufflepuffs sit around and hold hands. Slytherins plot evil things, Gryffindors do outrageous, terrifying things to build our courage, and you guys sit around thinking?" She was teasing, using the stereotypes of each house.

Dean laughed. "I guess you could say," he said looking up through his shaggy hair. He moved it out of his eyes and he smiled. "I do sit around and think a lot. Sometimes I come up with the most obscene things to do, but I never do it." Dean gave a shrug. "I also sit around and read. If there is someone that wants to, I play wizard's chess with them."
He gave her a wink. "So you haven't thought about jumping off the roof of the school while you call for your broom yet, have you?"
