Alice walked up next, well she knew she was third or last... she hoped she was third. Then she could get it over with sooner and see Frank again. She put her hand into the bag and pulled out a stone. The number four was inscribed on it. Lovely... that meant she'd have to wait until last and go insane with waiting. It was like pure torture. "Four" she said aloud before stepping back.

"Guess I'm third," Maxi said with a frown. Great, more time to psych her self out over this whole thing. She looked at Alice and smiled weekly, her previous fears comming to her again. She closed her eyes and tried to remember everything Seth had said to comfort her. She wished her dad was here to cheer her on, but he was muggle and therefor, unable to attend.

Sam was second, that actually wasn't that bad, she would have preferred going first just to get it over with and set the standard, or last in order to up the standard, but second...well she wasn't on pressure being the first and she wasn't dreading it as the last. There was one significant difference however between her and the rest of the competitors.
They were all nervous.
Sam...really wasn't, she expected to win, or she expected to die trying.

Alice went back to her area and layed on the bed provided, on top of the blankets. She just wanted to close her eyes and focus. She knew she was in for a long wait being last and that was not going to help her nerves. So instead she just closed her eyes and focused on Frank's face. At least that way she wouldn't get herself too nervous while she had to wait for the next few hours until it was her turn. At least she wouldn't be stuck alone in the tent with just Sam. She liked Maxi and would have some company from her until she was stuck alone.

Sam on the other hand would be stuck alone with Maxi and Alice for as long as it took Regina to finish, and she wondered if she could leave to go and join Nicolas since he would have been better company. She smiled towards Regina again as if to tell her that she'd be fine before she made her way back to her area.

Maxi went back to the end on the tent she was sitting at earlier and sat back down. As Regina began to leave, she winked at the Ravenclaw girl. "Good luck," Maxi said to Regina. She then hugged her knees tight and closed her eyes, breathing evenly. Stay Calm Maxi-girl, she thought to herself.

Sam inwardly pitted her strengths and weaknesses against the other contestants and was mentally trying to figure out a course of action to come out on top in this one. She had what it took to succeed she knew that, but so did her competitors, she didn't think for a second that this tournament would be handed to her, she would have to work her butt off.

Regina readied herself the best she could. She was completely nervous because she had to be first. Well she thought better to be first and get it over with. She took a huge breath and let it out slowly. She was going to make it through and do alright.
Looking back to Maxi, she smiled gently. "Thank you. Good luck to you too." After she took another deep breath, Regina walked out of the tent and toward the forest to begin the task.

Sam thought it was odd that they would have a task set in the forest to begin with what with the recent death of a student, but she supposed the Tournament really did stop for no one, not that she had expected it to stop, but she thought perhaps they would be trying to keep the forest off limits still. The thought came to her unbidden and before Regina could leave she called out, "Be careful..."
