"Alright, sounds good." Kris smiled she was glad he was at school, he was the only reason she came back to the school.

Sirius smiled and closed his eyes for a minute. He wished class would start already, so it would be over soon. He couldn't wait until tonight, when he would get to be alone with her.

Lily listened to James talk. He didn't sound like his usual cocky self, and she kind of liked that. He was much more pleasant when he wasn't trying to act like he was better than everyone else. Maybe he wasn't as bad as she'd thought. "I don't know. I actually find the history pretty interesting. I guess it's because I never knew any of that stuff existed before."

[James Potter]

James turned back to Lily. "Maybe so. Hey, maybe one afternoon, do you want to go over stuff we've done in History of Magic? Maybe if you go over it with me, I won't go to sleep. Plus, maybe I'll be able to pass that class with good marks. And, if we start going over stuff in Herbology that I don't understand, would you help me out?" James didn't really know where these questions were coming from. Usually, he wouldn't care, but maybe he would get to spend more time with her, in a good way.
