Jenni walked through the doors of The Hot Panini, she was quite nervous, but was excited at the same time. She walked into the kitchen and saw some other waitresses.

Chloe walked into the Hot Panini, thinking she was late, but noticed she wasn't, and sighed a sigh of relief. Chloe walked on over to the other waitress there. "Hey. You're Jenni, right? I'm Chloe." she said with a smile.

Jenni turned around, ''Hey, Yeah I'm Jenni.'' She said smiling, ''Nice to meet you, Chloe.'' She said smiling.

Chef D left the kitchen to make sure he had a wait staff for wen the resturant opened its doors. He saw two of the three chattering on and he asked them "Chloe! Are the tables set? what about the table ware? is it polished? Does this new girl know about classic French service? What do we do? We serve from the left and pick up on the right, right? Come on The kitchen is done before you are! come on" he said in a brusque French accent, his hat very so slightly bobbing with his speech.

Becky walked in from the back with the last of the table settings. "Hey, Chloe!" she said brightly. "Oh, and you must be the new girl. I'm Becky. Can one of you help me put out the rest of the table settings?" She nodded to the armload of dishes and silverware she had in her arms.

"Everything's going smooth Chef!" called Chloe. "The silverware is almost set." said Chloe running around setting the silverware up. Good thing for her, it wasn't pure silver. "Okay, all done. And Jenni's good Chef!" said Chloe still in a rush. "Uh, I think everything's ready."

Becky finished with the last of the plates. "Do you think the new girl should follow one of us around for a little while, until she gets the hang of things?" she asked.

"That might be the best idea. Hey Jenni, just follow me and/or Becky around for a while today. If it gets to crazy in here, and it gets hard for just me and Becky, we'll turn you loose and let you help. Okay?" said Chloe.

Becky smiled. "Great. Don't worry, you'll catch on soon enough." She walked around the dining room, stopping to check each table to make sure everything was ready for the lunchtime rush. "I think we're ready to open," she said at last.

Becky walked up to him and smiled. "Hi, welcome to the Hot Panini," she said in her perky voice. "My name is Becky, I'll be your server this evening. Let me show you to your table." She led him to a table near the window and handed him a menu. "Here you go. Can I get you anything to drink?"

"Sure," Becky said. "One butterbeer, coming up." She smiled and tucked her pencill behind her ear. "I'll be right back with that and to take your order." She smiled at Chloe as she passed, indicating that she should take the next customer.

He was debating between a sandwhich and soup or just a hotdog.

Becky came back a few minutes later with the bottle of butterbeer and a glass. She popped the cap and poured the butterbeer into the glass smoothly, leaving half of it in the bottle. "OK, have you decided or do you need a little more time?"

Jon was wondering around Hogsmeade, and he sort of wanted something more than what the Three Broomsticks offered, so he walked into the Hot Panini. It looked like a nice place, and made a metal note to see if Lucie wanted to come eat here with him sometime. Jon looked around and only saw one other person, so he walked over to an empty table.

Chloe noticed someone else come in and she saw Becky was busy so she just walked over to the table, carrying a menu and her little notepad to take orders on in her little apron. "Hi. I'm Chloe. I'll be your waitress today. What would you like to drink?" said Chloe smiling.
