"Oh... Remus!" Zander said. "Does he know what's going on? He's just a kid, but when we're in our wolf forms, we're all fully grown... maybe he can help. Did you talk to him, Chloe?"

"But he's so young..." said Pearl piping up, although she was younger when she was made, she didn't want the Remus child in a battle "He might get injuried." she added placing a hand on Zander's arm.

Chloe nodded. "Remus said that he wanted to help," she said. "I know he's young and he could get hurt, but you think about it, that little kid as a lot of anger built up in him. He could be of great help. I've already told him that I'd talk to Dumbledore about coming with me on the next full moon, so he's mind up his mind that he is going to help."

Zander thought for a minute. "I thought, when I met him, that he'd be the type who'd want to help. He's been locked up and alone for so long... he's completely closed himself off to his wolf. It may be that he needs to do this, as a way to better open himself up to his wolf and to feel more useful. Remember, I was much like him not that long ago. Chloe, if he comes, I want you to stay with him. Never let him out of your sight. Can you do that?"

"I promised him that I'd watch out for him always, and I'm going to hold up to my promise. I won't let him out of my sight. He hasn't really fought anything, and I don't want him to go near Fenrir, so I'll make sure he's with me," said Chloe.

"I'll protect him, It's my duty Chloe to protect younger pack members." Said Pearl firmly to Chloe. Her wolf side perked up at the challege it took to Chloe's words, she was an Alpha so pups were her duty. Pearl forced the feeling down, it wasn't a challege, it was a human promise. "I could also talk to him, see what he knows about himself and his powers." she added.

Zander looked from Chloe to Pearl. "Actually, Pearl, I want you to stay near Skye," he said gently. He could sense that the shy, sensitive girl needed support and that she trusted Pearl completely. "You're very close to her, and I think she'd feel better if you were with her. Remus is close to Chloe, and I think he would like her to stay close to him. Really, though, I want us all to look out for each other. I really think all of us should get together and talk, so that we know each other and are familiar with each others' scents, because when the attack starts, we're going to have members of Greyback's pack coming at us and it could get pretty hectic. I want us to stick together. So I'm thinking we should meet at Chloe's house tomorrow, all of us, and Remus and David, too. Skye, Karl, can you two round up any other members or Greyback's pack who don't want to follow Voldemort?"

Pearl retrived her hand from Zander and crossed her arms. "Alright." she said in a tone that clearly said "no, it's not." , but she wasn't going to have this disscussion before the others. "Skye has been with the Pack for many years now, she knows how to hunt and has been hunting with us, she helps herd the prey." she said evenly. "I'll help her, although I don't know how Remus child would know how to be in an attacking flank." she said bluntly.

Zander smelled the irritation in Pearl's demeanor and frowned. "I've never been in an attacking flank, either," he reminded her gently. "Remus has been a werewolf for much longer than I have; do you not trust me to lead the charge?"

"Your different Zander, You're a natural hunter. The Remus Child has been longer than you, but he's been locked in rooms and homes during which he probably gnawed himself raw, unable to run or play." she said still firmly. "He's been at odds with his wolf for a very long time." she said a little softer. "He needs a little guidance first, And I know Chloe will be in an attacking flank, If Remus child is with her, He'll be in that flank." she said evenly.

Zander nodded, feeling some of his frustration ebb away. "OK. Here's what we'll do, then. Pearl, Remus hasn't even met you yet. I think, when we all meet at Chloe's house tomorrow, you should take him aside and talk with him, show him the ropes, help him get in touch with his wolf side. When it comes time to start our counter attack, both of you will stick near him. OK? But Skye, I still want you to stay with either Karl or David. Does that work for everyone?"

"OK," Zander said, relaxing. "That sounds like a plan. Now, we need to make sure David is there tomorrow and that he can give us the details of the attack. Then we can decide the rest of our tactics, OK? Karl, Skye, do you think one of you guys can find him?"
