Personality: Ardyn can seem intense, mostly due to his piercing gaze, but what most don't realize about him is that he's very nice and actually quite approachable. He can be intimidating when he needs to be, and he is the kind of person who won't back down from a fight that needs to be caught. He's open minded, but when he knows a cause is right, he won't back down. He sticks up for the little guy.

History:
Ardyn likes being around people, which stems from being one of the middle children in a family of 8. It's a battle he fights now not to make close connections with people, because he's always on the run.
It was an uneventful childhood, not counting the daily battle for attention. Except for one dark day when Ardyn was 8.
Banys, his very Welsh father, placed under the Imperius curse, came home from work and murdered nearly his entire family. Ardyn had been injured in the attack, but, as would prove to be a pattern, was trying to stop his father and save his siblings. He found Joey and had covered her body with his own. In the confusion, Banys figured they were both dead and left the scene of the crime.
Both children were put into the system, but lasted only days before they were taken out by a pyschiastrist. They were taken to a hidden facility and separated, beginning their training as young sleep soldiers.
Ardyn fought to get back to Joey constantly. He still felt that he needed to protect her. She was such a small, delicate thing, and he didn't like not knowing what was happening to her. They were kept apart for the most part, though.
One day, Nikola brought him in on a plan to rebel. While he and Siobhan had come up with the idea, Ardyn became the champion and the leader of the movement. It was successful, too, in that many of the children were released, and the project was considered a failure. Despite being so involved in the rebellion, or maybe in spite of this, Ardyn and Nikola were both kept behind, while Joey and Siobhan were released. It separated him from his sister even further, and he became determined to right this wrong- what was being done to them was wrong, in his eyes.
He was released at 15 with no memory of the facility it his training or even where his sister had gone. He'd gone to Beauxbatons for his remaining schooling, and then made it his mission, after graduation, to find his sister. In the process, Ardyn became unique in the fact that through all of his research and some digging into some psychological studies and some memory enhancing practices, he now remembers everything. He remembers the facility, the training, Walter, and the other kids. When the memories came back, Ardyn disappeared, falling completely off the map. He takes odd jobs to get by, but he is always on the move and always sure to evade being found. He's been searching out the other children, keeping tabs on the ones he can find, which include Siobhan, Colleen, Kylie, and Joey, and the two who unfortunately found themselves in Azkaban. He's noticed that they have all worked their way back towards London, but he's not sure why.
