- Brief Description: Marcus is a tall, well built man. He is often dressed in a business robe and carries a satchel with him with work clothing when having to deal with creatures in his job. He is very well muscled due to working around creatures much stronger than him. He has a stern face, though his eyes are caring.

Marcus is a stern man, though he does have his kind side, as rare as it is to see. He does not see kindness as a weakness, merely a tool to be used to train beasts… and people. He is most relaxed when around magical beasts.

History (At least 4 sentences):
Marcus was raised a single child in a pureblood family. They were a kind enough family, his father a stern higher up at the ministry, his mother stayed home to take care of Marcus. They were very well to do and never had a money problem, amassing a small fortune before they even decided to have a child.
But, as many pureblood families are, the Valdian’s were elitists of Wizarding Blood. Marcus, when he attended Hogwarts, was in Slytherin. He was not as cruel as his house mates were to muggle born and half bloods, but he was not polite to them. He was a bit of the emperor at the gladiator ring. If he said stop to the other Slytherins, they would. If he let it go, they would become worse. It was not until his 6th year at Hogwarts that Marcus became truly cruel towards the muggle born.
While he was away at school, a muggle gang broke into his parent’s house, trying to see what goods they could make off with. Wizards as they may have been, they were no match for the guns that the Muggles brought with them. Marcus received an owl from the ministry saying that his parents had been killed. When he found out by what, his cruelty towards all muggles and the wizards and witches born of them knew no bounds.
He managed to finish up at Hogwarts before too much of his cruelty came through, though many others were a bit scarred by his anger. He got a job at the Ministry and flew up the ranks to one of field workers in the Department for Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. He continued to live in his parent’s house, receiving it and their fortune when they died.
When Voldemort began rising in power, it was a very simple transition for Marcus to join the ranks of the Death Eaters.
A few years later, he first met Evian. Upon finding out that she was a pureblood whose parents had also been killed, he fell very quickly into her trap. He does not realize the mess he has gotten himself into.
