Personality: On the surface, Ramon looks like bad news. He's wild, he's loud, he's rebellious, and he's just a little bit lazy. He smokes, he drinks, he plays guitar, he rides a flying motorcycle. He's every parent's nightmare.
He gets into trouble often, but he's good at talking his way out of it. He hangs out at seedy bars, and gets into the occasional barfight--but usually it's to protect his girl from less respectful guys. In spite of all appearances, Ramon is actually a good guy... he's just a little on the wild side.
Yes, he has bad habits, and yes he's reckless and crazy. He can be rude at times, but it's only because he has a tendency to say exactly what he's thinking, when he thinks it--he has no mental "check" in his brain to stop himself from saying things that might be hurtful. And yes, he has no manners--he'll burp in public, he'll make inappropriate comments, he'll chew with his mouth open. These things mean nothing to Ramon, who thinks most people are too uptight all the time. Life is short, why stress about manners and rules and consequences?
He's not one for romance, yet he's very passionate. Words, after all, are merely words... he'd rather show you how he feels. His idea of romantic talk is "love ya, babe." He'd even write a song for you, but it wouldn't be sappy or romantic. He wouldn't bring you flowers or candies, either... his idea of a romantic gift would be to get your name tattooed on his shoulder. But if the girl he loved was in trouble, he would fight to the death to protect her. And he would never intentionally hurt her, either. Nothing could ever make him angry enough to hurt someone he cared about.

History:Ramon was born in England to an English mother and Spanish father. They were a tight-knit family--poor but happy. His father was a muggle, and he worked as a mechanic in a small garage outside of London. His mother was a witch, and she grew and sold herbs for use in potions as a supplementary income while she spent her time caring for her son. Ramon spent summers with his grandparents and extended family in Spain, surrounded by aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family was loud, boisterous, and fun to be around. He loved being there with them, and he felt like he was most at home when he was with them. They heavily influenced the kind of man that he has become.
Hogwarts was a challenge. Sorted into Gryffindor, he proudly upheld the house tradition of breaking all the rules. He was frequently in trouble, and was in detention so often that he had a reserved seat with his name on it. He just barely managed to avoid being kicked out of school in his sixth year, but the professors all breathed a sigh of relief when he finally graduated.
Since graduation, he has been living in a small apartment in Hogsmeade, occasionally playing small gigs in the local bars while he works on his "concept album." He can also frequently be seen playing guitar under a tree in Hogsmeade. It was on one of these occasions when he met Ilsa...
