Character Name: Hope Windfell
Character Age: 13

Appearance: Long dark brown hair, ice blue eyes. She follows the school dress attire, however, if she's outside of classes she generally goes with jeans, t shirt shoes and a comfortable jacket on fall days.
Brief Description:
Eye Color: Ice blue
Hair (color, length, style): Long, mid back, brown hair, straight though it's someone thick, she generally keeps it up in a loose bun or ponytail
Skin Tone: tanish
Height: Shortish, I'd say 5'3"
Body Type: she's the healthy skinny weight

Personality (At least 4 sentences, but longer is preferred): Hope can be shy at first, but through out her years at Hogwarts she's tried to break out of her comfort shell and attempt to go to others. It takes a lot to get on her nerves or to make her mad. She can be protective to her friends. Despite having a hard life, she tries to keep herself up beat and at least not depressed. However, she does keep herself guarded, thus the reason of her shyness and protectiveness of friends.

History (At least 4 sentences):
Hope comes from a full blood family, who strongly believe that only pure bloods should learn magic and that all others that aren't full blooded are nothing but scum on their feet. However, Hope's mother, Jenna, did not care for that up bringing and eloped with a muggle, Micheal, and had Hope shortly after. They lived comfortable in a small town in London, and had a rather happy life. Yet when Hope was 7, Death Eaters found her parents and they were killed. Hope was then placed in the care of her grandfather. With the two having different view points, they often clash.
Even with her up bringing and losses, Hope tries to keep that to herself, feeling that it's her own problem to deal with. Her only guess on why she's in Slytherin is simply because the Windfell family was notorious for being part of the house.

It was a beautiful, sunny day at Hogwarts, and classes were in session. So of course, Sirius Black was sitting by the lake, whistling to himself and skipping stones along the surface of the water. He was cutting class, which was no surprise, but he was also alone, and that was unusual. For once, he did not have his ever-present companions, James, Remus, and Peter by his side. But even alone, no one would think he was anything but confident and comfortable with himself.
He tossed another thin, flat rock, and watched as it skimmed the surface, bouncing once, twice, three times, before the Giant Squid, seemingly annoyed by the disturbance, reached out one long tentacle and pulled the stone into the water.
Sirius laughed to himself, then leaned back against the tree, allowing the warmth of the sun to relax him. He slowly began to drift, and had nearly dozed off when he heard a voice above him.

Hope knew she would be in trouble for this one, if caught. Skipping class, how could you? She could practically hear her grandfather yell at her. But if Hope had to sit through being scolded one more time.. she might actually snap. She huffed a bit, before she found herself by the lake. A small smile escaped her lips, it was a beautiful lake, that was one thing she always loved, how peaceful... beautiful... quiet...
She blinked, was that a laugh she heard? Oh, she wasn't alone then.. She looked around, now trying to find the source before she stopped suddenly. She blinked again, seeing a student laying against a tree. She could have sworn she'd seen him around here.. Sirius, right? Ah, she was bad with names..
Well, no time like now to make a new friend, she hesitantly walked over, standing next to him, before crouching down next to him, "Um.. I don't think it's a good idea to sleep out here.." She said, hoping she said it loud enough for him to hear, but quiet enough as to not startle him.
Anything else? She has a New World Black Wolf that follows her faithfully, named Soran.
