Personality (At least 4 sentences, but longer is preferred):Bree can seem like two people at times. Sometimes she comes off as sweet as pie, usually when she wants something from you. Other times, she is cold, impatient, and unfriendly. If she thinks she can get something from you, she'll most likely always show you her good side, until you're no longer useful to her.
When she's on the job, she can seem caring and understanding while she's trying to get the story. So when the story turns out to be highly exaggerated or even just plain lies, you won't know where it came from. Surely she couldn't have written that... she seemed so nice! Like Rita Skeeter, she has a poison pen, but she's got a whole lot more finesse about it.
Some people might say she is borderline OCD (if they knew what that meant in 1973). She counts almost constantly in her head. At home, every book, every can, every thing that possibly can be is organized in alphabetical order. She makes so many lists that she has lists of how many lists she's made.
As a death eater, she is dutiful and obedient, seemingly with little or no ambition. She is content to serve the Dark Lord in whatever ways he sees fit, and does not question him. Some might almost wonder if she is really doing it because she cares about the cause or because she is doing someone else's bidding. This is not to say that she is friendly or even neutral to her fellow death eaters. When the Dark Lord is not around, she holds nothing back, and if any of the other death eaters annoy her, she will be sure to let them know.
Her biggest weakness is her severe claustrophobia. She will do almost anything to avoid being in a close space, and will never, ever take an elevator. If that means she must walk up 20 floors to get where she's going, she'll do it. Or she'll apparate. But she will not take the elevator.
History (At least 4 sentences): Breanna was born in Northern Ireland in a small town, the only daughter of Daniel and Siobhan Sheridan. She had an older brother, Danny Jr, who was more than 5 years her senior. The Sheridans were a pureblood family that were on the verge of dying out, so Danny Jr was obviously seen as the hope of the family. Unfortunately, he died at the age of 10, before he even received his Hogwarts Letter, as a result of a tragic accident with a muggle automobile. He had been playing ball with 5 year old Bree, when the ball got away from her and she ran into the street to get it just as a car came speeding through. Danny ran in and pushed her out of the way, but was struck by the car himself. He died instantly.
It was after this that Bree developed her fear of enclosed spaces. The day before Danny's funeral, Bree and her family were at the funeral home. Looking for her brother, Bree climbed into an empty coffin and the lid closed on her. No one noticed that she was gone or heard her crying for hours. Since then she has had crippling claustrophobia.
After Danny's death, Daniel and Siobhan slowly drifted apart. Daniel secretly blamed little Bree, because she should have known better than to run out in the street without looking. Siobhan just fell into a terrible depression and spent long stretches of time alone in her room, not talking to anyone. Eventually, she fell ill and died.
His wife and son now were dead, and Daniel blamed it all on Bree. He never physically abused her, but subjected her to years of mental and emotional abuse that caused her to develop her OCD tendencies. These were psychologically a way for her to impose order into her world, something that she could control when everything else was out of control.
When Bree started school, she was sorted into Slytherin. She studied hard and got good grades, because she felt certain that this was the only way she could get away from her father's influence.
Sure enough, after school ended, Bree got a job as a reporter for the Daily Prophet, and her initial assignments were to cover stories overseas. She has been away from the UK for nearly 10 years, traveling and filing stories. Her father died in 1970, but she didn't even come home for the funeral.
While working abroad, Bree met up with the enigmatic Lord Voldemort. She had always had a secret hatred for muggles ever since her brother was killed by one, so the charismatic wizard's message hit home for Bree. She became a death eater, and has been working to further his cause across Europe. Now the Prophet has brought her back to the UK....
