Aiden has dealt with his ups and downs in life, and therefore welcomes change, not letting it bother him as much as it would others. Because of this, he’s willing to let most things slide, unless it’s dealing with himself. If you insult him, you won’t hear the end of it for a long time. His negative side is his most prevalent side, and he will rarely break it, unless he’s around his friends or family. He lets his guard down around those he trusts most.
Keeping with his Slytherin tradition, he hates all things muggle and believes in the “pure blood dominance” and allies himself only with pure blood friends, having one or two half blood friends. He is dedicated to a fault, and will always finish what he started. He’s only run away from something that was too tough for him a couple of times, but of course, he won’t admit that.
In the end, the only person Aiden relies on is himself. He is selfish and will only work with others if he feels it will benefit him some way in the end. The only ones he is completely honest with are his friends and family; honesty with the family comes first, and he considers it an “honor” if you are treated with respect if you are outside his family.
History:
Aiden Timothy Edwards was born in Surrey, England, to two pureblood parents, Vivien and Maxwell. He is the oldest child of two, his sister Bethany being two years younger than him. From a young age, his parents told him that anything less than pureblood was not to be respected. He grew up with this in his head, and therefore he did not pay attention in nor do well in muggle studies. Aiden was slow at showing signs of magic, and one of his most painful memories is of his mother crying late at night, telling his father she was afraid Aiden was a squib. Then, when he was ten, he made his mother’s tea pot levitate for a couple of seconds. That was enough for his mother to put her fears to rest.
When he was eleven, he was sent to Hogwarts and was placed in Slytherin, much to Mazwell’s relief. Even though the entire family on Aiden’s father’s side had been in Slytherin, his father worried that some of Vivien’s “Ravenclaw disgrace” (as his father put it) would sneak into his family’s bloodline and therefore “taint” his son. While in school, he forged a couple of close friendships, and to this day they are the only two, besides his family, that he would put his life in danger for. During his fifth year he had his first girlfriend, whom he thought was the prettiest girl in the school, which boosted his self confidence greatly, and turned him into the self-centered person he is now, thinking he could get anyone he wanted to do anything. His little sister was also sorted into Slytherin, making their father even prouder, although Aiden and Bethany rarely spend time together.
Since he was fifteen, he knew that he wanted to join the Death Eaters upon his graduation, just like his father and mother are a part of it. It is what his father calls a “family tradition.”
Your Name (or name on the board): Roxanna. My histories always suck, no matter how much I think about them. :\
