Personality (At least 4 sentences, but longer is preferred): Olivia can be described as having minor OCD, meaning that all of her belongings must be just so. To anyone else, it would look chaotic, but to her, it's extremely neat and if anyone were to move anything, even slightly, she'd know. And then she'd (verbally) curse at you and then hex you. Insult first, hex later.
Very few of her friends know of her home situation, or even that she's a muggleborn. In her opinion, it's nobody else's business what her blood type is. She's a witch, that's all that matters.
There is no such thing as an authority figure in Olivia's world. She is constantly clashing with anyone who tries to boss her around, or tell her what's best for her.
The second year girl is constantly reading, and she retains all information read. Spoken word, on the other hand, she forgets automatically.
As she goes through puberty, Olivia finds herself being attracted to older boys as oppose to the ones her own age.
History (At least 4 sentences): Olivia Ann Riggs was the only child born to muggle parents Lucas and Miranda Riggs in late October of 1960. Not long after her fourth birthday, her father was killed in a driving accident. Olivia's mother, though grief stricken, knew she needed to provide for her daughter so she began waitressing at a local pub to pay their bills.
Olivia learned quickly that she needed to grow up fast. Always a bright girl, she quickly taught herself to read, and in time how to cook. By the time she turned 10, she was earning her own money by teaching her neighbor's six year old twins how to read.

Olivia's first year of Hogwarts went over fairly well. Once she reached the school she immediately rushed to the library and read whatever she could get her hands on. She read everything from "Magical Creatures and You" to "The Lovely Bones" which turned out to be a romance novel about zombies, but true to form, once she was more than three pages in, she had to complete the book.
Halfway through her first potions lesson, she knew that it would be her favorite subject. Potions was so much like cooking, and she loved cooking. Unlike actual cooking though, if you tasted a potion before it was done, you could end up with tusks and a blue tongue.
