Cindy is the type of girl that you can be best friends with if you’re able to earn her trust. She’s loyal to her friends and will defend them to the end, and she’s the worst enemy you can think of having. She tends to hide her mean side in an attempt to make friends, but you’ll know when she doesn’t like you. She tends to become quite around the time her mother was killed, and she shuts even her closest friends out for the entire day to talk with her mother, acting as if she was still alive.
Aside from being loyal and kind to most, Cindy has a mean streak and can—and has—held a grudge for quite some time. She isn’t one to “forgive and forget” and she makes sure the people she doesn’t like knows it. She won’t go as far as hurting the person, however, but she would make fun of them both to their face and behind their back.
History: Cindy was born in London to a muggle mother and a wizard father, and is an only child. Her parents met while her father was living in an apartment in a heavily-muggle populated area. He confided in Cindy’s mother that he was a wizard, and her mother loved the idea of having someone like that around her; she figured life would always be full of surprises.
While Cindy was growing up, her father worked a lot, seeing as he was a member of the Ministry, so Cindy’s mother showered her with affection. Because of this, Cindy has a tendency to think she is better than everyone else.
When Cindy was 11 she received her Hogwarts letter, as her father was expecting her to. Her mother bragged to all of her friends that Cindy was accepted to the best school in the country, even though she knew she couldn’t tell them the name or nature of the school.
While in her first year, Cindy’s father was killed in an accident which Cindy nor her mother was ever told of the true nature of it. Cindy was affected little by his death since he was barely home when Cindy was growing up, and she was always closest to her mother.
Cindy’s mother was killed in a car accident when Cindy was in her third year, and she went to live with her aunt, who works as a Ministry Official, being her father's sister.
Cindy is now a seventh year and finding her niche in Muggle Studies since she was so close to her mother and knows quite a bit on how muggles are. She wants to have a job somewhere that she can work closely with both muggles and wizards after she graduates.
