It's hard to believe it's been four years since I started this little board. Back in those days, I was on a few other people's boards, just sort of learning about RPing. One day, which happened to be April 2, 2006, I impulsively decided to make my own board. My fascination with the Marauders Era made my decision on a theme pretty easy, and so Up To No Good was born. I actually worked on it for about a month before opening it up to the public. My first member was our dear Lucie, playing the character of Elle. (Sadly, many of you newer members don't even know Lucie, as she has been inactive for almost two years now.) I already knew her from several boards, and I was so happy to have her with us.
I recruited Vi, who I knew as ViableCypress from a Harry Potter fan board I used to work on, to play Severus, and I recruited Rori from another board as well. I'm not sure this board would have survived without them, and I am eternally grateful for them.
We went through hard times, such as that dark period known as the Kris era, and the time when it was pretty much just myself and Rori and Kris. But then Vi and Bella returned and Ted found us, and Kris was sent packing, and we experienced a major revival. I'm happy with the board as it is now, and I am so happy to have all of you as members. I adore you all and hope we can keep this going for a long time to come.
