Personality: Teagan is a wonderful person to know and a very good friend. She has an easy way about her that just makes those around her feel relaxed and immediately at ease. She is quite outgoing and will talk to you with even the slightest incentive. She is always eager to make friends but finds this hard to do.
It shouldn't really be a problem but the thing that makes it that way is her inability to let anyone see the person she hides inside. It's hard to get to know someone who finds it hard to let you in and who can't tell anyone what she so desperately wants to. This has led to many believing that she is slow or that she's snobbish and rude. She hates that and would do anything to change it but she just can't find it in herself to fix it.
She's funny and carefree most of the time but she can be a real bear when incensed. Her temper is from her father and it's monsterous: once enflamed, she will become quite vicious if she has to and will develop a bit of a bad mouth. Once someone trespasses on her faith, they will find it hard to get back into her good graces. Forgive but don't forget...
History (At least 4 sentences): Teagan Kelly is the oldest daughter of Makenna O'Rourke Kelly and Reilly Kelly. She has two younger siblings: the second eldest a boy named Shannon who is ten and the youngest a girl named Bryna who is eight.
Makena and Reilly Kelly were married not long after they themselves had graduated Hogwarts. They were but eighteen. As Purebloods, they had always known the fate that awaited them though neither of them liked it. Theirs was an arranged marriage and they didn't find the happiness in their marriage that many of their friends had found. It made them bitter and their anger towards each other turned inwards and slowly started to destroy them.
Two years after they married, when Makenna was twenty and Reilly almost twenty-one, they found out that Makenna was pregnant. Everyone but them was ecstatic when they heard the news. Siobhan, Makenna's mother, was secretely hoping that a baby might just be the thing that turned the young couple around and brought them out of their slump.
It did but not for very long. After Teagan Siobhan Kelly was born, she spent more and more time with her grandmother. Siobhan O'Rourke watched as the marriage of her daughter and son-in-law deteriorated further. Four months later, Makenna and Reilly announced that they were expecting another child.
Shannon Kelly was born and he was the best thing that could of happen to them. Having a son that would carry on the Kelly named made Teagan's father appreciate Makenna more and Makenna herself changed. She was soon laughing and more carefree then ever before. Unfortunately, their happiness would be short lived.
A year and half later, Makenna O'Rourke Kelly died giving birth to Bryan Rourke Kelly. This caused Reilly Kelly to go over the edge even more than he was. Teagan, as the oldest, bore the brunt of his anger, bitterness, and hatred. She takes the beatings silently, in defense of her younger sister (as Reilly would never think about beating Shannon) and is a better person for it.
It has made her stronger and shown her that sometimes, trust is hard to come by and should be given warily. This is what she longs to tell someone but, by her own strong beliefs, could never force on someone else so she keeps it locked inside.

Teagan walked quietly next to her father, listening as he lectured her on the duties she was expected to perform at this school. The wind blew around her and lifted her hair. She shivered as a lick of fear traveled up her spine. Her grades were going to be fine; of course they were, they couldn't be anything but.
Expectations were common in her life. She was expected to be the punching bag, to be there when her father needed to release his anger on someone and to keep silent about it. She did such a good job on that one, that even Gradmum didn't know, she thought slightly bitterly.
"Teagan Siobhan Kelly, you will look at me when I am talking to you," her father's voice cut in suddenly and coldly, causing her to immediately lift her head to meet his cold blue eyes.
"I appologize, father," she said in a soft voice, low enough that the curious bystanders wouldn't hear.
He softened his voice to say, " To right you are, dear. Now, you must listen to me. I will know immediately of every single one of your happenings. I will know exactly what you do, what you wear on weekends, what you eat... and to whom you talk. Do not doubt that. Remember, you are a Kelly and you come from an ancient Irish Pureblood family and are certainly better than any of these British "Purebloods". I will not stand for a Kelly to be conversing with a Mudblood, rest assured of that. You do as I say and you will fly through your schooling and into a respectable position among your peers. Am I clear?"
I lowered my eyes to the cobble stones and replied in a soft whisper, "Yes, father."
