Personality: Helen had always been the quiet person. She watched other people and learned about them. She also hung around her sisters. They didn’t really fight with each other even though there were a few years in between them. Helen had watched other people and developed her opinions about different things. There were some topics that she had always been close-minded on and it was because she never experienced it for herself. When she was doing work, she would always been determined to finish it. Even now, she is the same way.
Overall, Helen came be a fairly nice person. She can be easy to talk to from time to time, but she is quite frank. If her opinion is asked, she doesn’t really hold back.
History: Helen grew up with her sisters in the country. It was always her understanding that all wizards were equal, but when she went to school, that was an awakening to how there was a difference. She never understood why there would be a prejudice of blood status. Being the quiet, observing girl, Helen learned a lot about different students and that was how she learned of the prejudices.
After school, she knew she wanted to do something but she wasn’t sure what. One of her professors suggested that she work at Gringotts. Helen took their advice and went to Gringotts to learn more about the job offerings. She could have been an accountant but the idea of just sitting behind a desk did not appeal to her. Helen found more about the other jobs the bank offered. Some of the jobs would send her traveling the globe and they could be somewhat dangerous depending on the exact mission. She decided that she was going to take it. So what if there was a very slight chance it could be dangerous? She wouldn’t be sitting behind a desk.
Helen never spoke of her work to her family, but she did decide to live at home with their mother. When she was at home, she helped take care of her even though her mother was perfectly capable of taking care of herself.
