Character Name: Laura Graham
Approx. Age: 45
Description: Laura has long, wavy dark brown hair with blue eyes. She might be 45, but a special ointment makes her look younger than her years. She's average height and size, but is stronger than she looks.
Subject: Care of Magical Creatures
Tell a little about your character: Laura graduated from Hogwarts with an interest in animals. When she finished, she opened her own pet shop in Diagon Alley. She did more than just sell animals. She groom them and treated them whenever a customer requested it. One day, she healed a beloved raven of a rich patron. He was so impressed that he hired her as his personal pet carer.
However, when the raven died of old age a few years later, she no long her a purpose. But, she had an idea and opened her own pet day care center where she also healed them. The business has bloom and she has many pet healers working with her at the center. When she heard about the job opening at Hogwarts, she wanted the opportunity to teach young children and produce more pet healer.
She handed the center off to the other healers, but she still coems back and work there over the summer when school isn't in session.
RP Sample (Preferably a lesson):
Professor Graham walked out to the gamekeeper's hut is and she already saw that the entire class is there.
"Excellent," she remarked on the class's attendance. "Well, welcome to Care of Magical Creatures. In this class, we will learn more than just what kind of magical creatures there are out there. We are going to actually learn how to care for one. And, near the end of the year, you each will have a pet that you will have to care for. Any questions?"
She looked around and saw that everyone was too shy to speak in front of the entire class.
"Well, if there aren't any, let's start. What kind of animals can be found in lakes, preferably in Great Britain?"
