((OOC- I didn't know what to call it!))
Zoey walked into the library with some random book about Magical Creatures. Zoey only borrowed this book because it had a nice cover, she didn't really read it at all, and she was in a hurry. She brought it back today to return it.
As Zoey returned the book in the library she wondered if she should borrow another one just for when she was bored... She decided to wait until later. Zoey looked around to see if Colette was there yet. Colette was a new friend she made that was in Slytherin. They had arranged to meet here and Zoey liked the idea of this because now she had atleast one friend, she just needed to make some more and then she would feel a lot better, a lot more normal. Colette wasn't there yet, but she should be there soon. Zoey of course left earlier than she needed to because being an Average Ravenclaw she liked books, but she also was excited.
Zoey was getting a little impatient waiting, she knew she shouldn't have come so early but she just couldn't help it, that was her normal self. Zoey sat herself down at a table and got her quill out and started doodling on a piece of paper. She did this alot especially when she was bored.

Colette liked Zoey, despite the fact that she was a Ravenclaw. There seemed to be something dark amidst the girl's studious nature that attracted Colette. The two had met up a couple times, usually after class, and chatted about this and that. Nothing of real consequence, just girly things like cute boys and how much they hated certain classes. This was the first time the girls had met up outside of passing in the halls or after class, and it was typical of a Ravenclaw to suggest the library. But Colette didn't mind. She liked the library. It was large enough to get yourself lost in when need be.
Today she had no such need for losing herself, so when she walked into the large room she skipped past the isles of books and headed for the study tables. Zoey was drawing on a bit parchment and before saying anything she walked up to the girl and looked over her shoulder silently. "What's that?" she asked, pointing at the little scribbles the blonde had drawn.

Zoey blinked in fright, and almost jumped when she heard Colette's voice. Zoey never jumped in fright, she wasn't one to get scared. She hadn't seen Colette sneak up behind her. She slowly turned to face Colette and smiled. She did like Colette. Then she remembered she had asked a question. "I have no Idea. I was bored, I came here a bit too early"
It was the truth. All of it. Sometimes she didn't tell the truth to people even though it wasn't even embarrassing. But like she said before, She liked Colette. Some Ravenclaws would find it weird that she was friends with a slytherin, but Zoey wasn't like the other Ravenclaws in all ways. If she wasn't in Ravenclaw she would definitely pick Slytherin.
Zoey didn't know what to say to Colette. What was there to talk about? She thought that she would start with something simple- just to start with.
"Well.. Hi. How has your day been?"
It may have sounded a bit lame but she couldn't think of anything to say right now. She continued looking at Colette waiting for her reply.

Colette laughed and walked around the table to sit. She pulled Zoey's parchment out from under her quill and looked it over. It looked like a penguin with a bow tie and top hat. "Cute," Colette said of the drawing as she handed it back. "Why'd you come early if you didn't have anything to do?" It was a bit odd for Colette, but maybe that was just how Zoey operated.
Before Zoey had a chance to answer, Colette answered Zoey's question. "Meh. It's a normal day. Although," Colette leaned forward with an excited gleam in her eye, "the cutest boy said 'hi' to me after History of Magic. Do you know Dominic Hughes?" Colette had never really noticed Dominic before, but then it was only more recently that she noticed boys at all. She was sort of blind to them, spending most of her time with her brothers and their guy friends.

Zoey smiled to herself. She didn't really smile, just in her head- if that made sense. She looked at her drawing checking to see if it really was cute. It was sort of cute, but she wasn't really paying attention to what she was drawing. About four seconds had passed when Zoey remembered that Colette had asked a question.
"Lucky You! I think I may have seen him before, but I don't know him, no."
Zoey did think that she had saw him but didn't really remember who he was, and she never actually met him so that may explain why. Colette was lucky having cute boys say hi to her. Not many people said hi to her- not even the nice people. But this didn't worry Zoey too much. She just needed to say hi to them, which she would eventually do.
Zoey remembered that Colette had asked another question. Before Zoey could answer, Colette continued on so she had to debate whether she would answer that question or not. She decided she would just to keep the conversation going.
"And I came here too early because I borrowed a random book and it was getting... annoying so I wanted to return it. Also I was bored in the common room, it can get sooo.. boring in there!"
This was partially the truth. She didn't want to say that she was excited to be meeting up with a friend, she might sound a little weird. She decided to add a little more to what she started saying.
"Seriously, some of them are so shy and quiet, it can be really annoying! What's the Slytherin common room like?"

Zoey wasn't as outgoing as some of her Ravenclaw counterparts, so it didn't seem odd to Colette that Zoey didn't know Dominic, even though they were Housemates. "I was just going to ask you about the Ravenclaw common room..." Colette laughed, but went on about the Slytherins. "We're in dungeons, I'm sure you've figured that out after five years though. I know you lot are someone on the top floors, right?"
"Our common room is actually really loud most of the time. And when the older students are hanging out it resembles something of a brothel," she giggled. The seventh years, and a few of the sixth years (herself excluded) were constantly all over each other as if it were an exhibition.

Of Course Zoey knew that the Slytherin Common Room was in the dungeons, it wasn't very hard to work that out. She wished that the Ravenclaw Common Room was more loud and energetic too. From what she saw of them, alot of them were shy or stuck to a main group of people. "Yeah it's in one of the towers. And Yes, I did know where the Slytherin common Room was! What were you going to say about the Ravenclaw Common Room?"
Zoey remembered that Colette had said she was going to ask about the Ravenclaw Common Room and wondered what she was going to say. She didn't like staying curious for too long. She could get very impatient, just over something little. She also seemed to be the last to know anything (Not Class & Knowledge Wise), which really annoyed her.

Colette had had a few chats with Ravenclaws before, and they all said the same thing about their own Common Room. It was quiet. She assumed it was because they were all studying constantly. Even as open minded as Colette was about House rivalries and such, she still fell for the stereotypes that said all Ravenclaws were geniuses and had very little fun. Though clearly Zoey was different, Colette thought she was fun enough to have a play date of sorts with.
"Do you lot do anything besides read and study, up there?" She gave a little chuckle, but was partly serious.
