((There's not enough Hufflepuff action, if you ask me).
1957 seemed to be the year of twins, Robin decided. There were too many sixth year sets. Besides himself and Raven, there were the Lyons twins, the Jordans. Unlike those two, however, he and his sister were broken up between houses. Not that it mattered... he usually knew what she was up to, anyway.
He was relaxing in one of the overstuffed chairs in the common room, looking bored and actually feeling really restless because of it. There was absolutely no one around, and Robin thrived on the attention of others. It was situations like this, when it was quiet and he had only himself to keep company, that Robin ever showed he was anything but an energetic class clown.
His shoulders set and his back straightened when he heard the common room door open, knowing a class had let out just a few minutes before.

(thats because there are hardly any Hufflepuffs!)
Maxi was a bit tired. What with studying for the Tournament, and school, and her OWLs this year, her brain was fried, she was sure she had never studied this hard for anything in her entire life.
She dragged herself up the stairs from her Charms class and gave the password to the common room. She walked in and was glad that for once the common room was quiet. She went to one of the chairs by the fire and collapsed into it, feeling fatigued and exhausted.
It was then that she noticed Robin in the chair opposite her and she sat up a bit. Maxi didn't like to show that she had a weekness, she was a tad too proud for that.
"Hi Robin," Maxi said with a smile.

Heather, meanwhile, had been out on the quidditch pitch practicing, as she often did whenever she had a free period. It didn't matter that Quidditch was suspended this term because of the Tournament, she still had to practice or risk losing her place on the Harpies when she graduated. It was so inconvenient that there would be no Quidditch during her final year at Hogwarts. If she had known ahead of time, she would have skipped her seventh year and gone pro right away.
Although the weather was still quite chilly, Heather had worked up quite a sweat on the field, and now she was exhausted and about ready to drop. She entered the common room and should have headed straight for the showers, but instead she dropped down on one of the sofas and closed her eyes, oblivious to everyone else in the room.

"Looks like its one of those Lazy-tired days," Maxi said as Heather took a seat. She was about to ask the Seventh year how she was doing, but she had closed her eyes and seemed as if she hadn't oticed anyone in the room when she sat down.
"How are you doing Robin?" Maxi asked, seeing that at least he was the most awake of the three of them here.

"Hey, Maxi," Robin said, smiling at the blonde girl. Before he could say more, however, Heather showed up, seemingly oblivious, and he gave a half smile at Maxi. He was tempted to say boo! or something, but kept quiet as she closed her eyes and leaned back. She would hear the two of them eventually, and he'd say hello when she did.
He had been relaxed and quiet before the two girls showed up, and now he was throwing up that energetic front again, sitting up straighter and smiling wide.
"I'm restless," he responded. "You?"

Maxi raised an eyebrow at Robin, smirking a little. That kid has been full of energy since the day Maxi met him. His sister, Raven, Maxi knew as well, but she wasn't as full of energy as Robin was.
"I'm exhausted," she admitted. "This tournament stuff is really tiring me out," She said. "What have you been up to?"

"You're always restless, Rob."
Kendra came into the common room with her arms nearly overloaded with books. None of them were textbooks, however, and they were all straight from the library on animals. They were just... nicer than people. She could relate to them more, as sad as that may be. Even being in the house known for loyal friends...
She sighed to herself, just wishing that Declin would come find her.
"I'm going to go drop these books off on my bed, but I'll be back down if you all don't mind. It's too quiet to be alone today."

"Hey Kendra!" Maxi waved to her dormmate as she entered the common room. Maxi was an easy kid to get along with, and she did so with everyone. She was pretty close with a lot of the kids at school ."Do you need help?" She asked. "Then we can be right back to entertain Robin here," she got up and patted Robin's head with a smile.

Nick's goal for the year was to be more sociable. He had made good progress in that goal after meeting Roxanna, who Nick was now sure he had a crush on.
He saw a couple of people hanging out in the common room. Maxi and Kendra were both in his year, and Robin was a year ahead. Nick caught on the end of what the were saying and stepped in. "Or I can keep him company till you guys get back," Nick said with a smile.
