Going after Natalie (Landon, Lucie, Rori, etc.)

[Sabrina St. Clare]

(This is continuing the conversation begun in the Helping Isabella thread.)

Sabrina dragged Rori and Landon down to the lake so they could talk more about what Landon had overheard.

[Landon Travis]

"So, you're sure you want to do this? Going after your sister and all?" Landon asked, trying to make sure Sabrina knew exactly what she was doing. "I mean, you practically have to have a death wish in order to go to the Death Eater headquarters with nothing more than a few friends and only half-developed magic skills." He said. "How do you even know that when we get there, we won't find her...already...gone?" He was trying to refrain from saying "dead".

[Sabrina St. Clare]

"She's not gone. I'd know it if she was... I'd feel it." She sighed. "Look, I know Voltaire and Dumbledore and those other people probably have it under control. But I can't stand just sitting here and waiting, you know? And... maybe I do have a death wish. I mean... Natalie saw in a vision that I was going to die. And if it's going to happen anyway, maybe I should just get it out of the way. Maybe I'm supposed to die." She sighed. "I don't want to... but I'm tired of waiting for it."

[Landon Travis]

"What?" Landon exclaimed. "Natalie saw you dying in a vision?" He asked, suddenly in a surprised state. It made sense though. He figured that must've been the reason that she broke up with Remus. "Look, it doesn't matter. You're not going to die. But if you really want to go after Natalie, then I suppose we can't let you go alone. So we'd better leave soon, if you're certain about doing this."

[Sabrina St. Clare]

"OK," Sabrina said. She looked at Rori. "What about you? Do you want to go? I'll understand if you'd rather stay back with Isabella while she's in labor and all. But no matter what, I'm going."

[Rori Logan]

"No, I have to go with you! There's no way i'm leaving you go there by yourself!" said Rori. "Isabella's fine, Madame Pomfrey will take care of her...besides Anna and Emily are with her too, she's not alone." she added.

[Sabrina St. Clare]

Sabrina gave Rori a quick hug. "Thanks, Rori," she said. "Now, I think we should definitely fly there. It's really the fastest way, since we can't apparate. Can you guys summon your brooms, or do you need to go get them?"

[Rori Logan]

"No I can do it." said Rori raising her wand and accio'ing her broom. as it arrived "Are you summoning your broom too?" she asked Sabrina.

[Sabrina St. Clare]

"OK," Sabrina said. "Accio broom!" she said, holding out her hand. After a moment her broom came hurtling toward her from the castle, and she caught it easily. "OK, Landon, now you."

(We can't do anything else here without Landon...)

[Landon Travis]

Landon nodded and pointing his wand towards the castle and muttering the charm. His broom came flying at him quite clumsily. Landon had to duck to avoid getting knocked in the head by the flying broom. Finally, it settled down and Landon picked it up, slightly nervously. He had never really flown very far before and had only been in a few quidditch matches. He hoped he would be OK flying all the way to the Death Eaters' headquarters, however far that was. "OK, I'm ready. Let's go." He said to the others, mounting his broom carefully.

[Sabrina St. Clare]

Sabrina nodded and mounted her broom. "OK," she said. "Well, based on the address you gave me, I think I know basically where it is. So just follow me." She flew up a few feet and waited for the others to follow.

[Landon Travis]

Landon nodded and hovered alongside of her, waiting for the others.

[Rori Logan]

Rori mounted her broom and pushed up from the ground to hover next to Landon. "Ready whenever you are," she said.

[Sabrina St. Clare]

"OK, then, let's go," Sabrina said. "Now, I'm gonna fly pretty fast, so try to keep up, OK?" She took a deep breath and began to fly.
