Sebastian and Tracy lived modestly, though their apartment was in one of the nicer neighborhoods in London. It was one of the things he never understood about her family; yes, they traveled for a while after they eloped, and they didn't want to be found. But when they finally settled down, it was in London. Muggle London, but London all the same, a dirty little town on the Thames. If they looked for her, she was easy enough to find.
It broke his heart a little that they obviously weren't looking all that hard. News had come a while back, just before Christmas, that her younger brother, Jack, was killed in the Hogsmeade attack, and Sebastian didn't know what to do, outside of just being there for her. He offered to take her home to her family, but she declined. Since then, things had been quiet, and they moved on with their life together.
Today, Tracy was out... meeting with friends, shopping? Sebastian didn't know, nor did he need to. He trusted her, and while she spent her day doing things for herself, Sebastian was in the tiny little garage that was allotted them with the apartment. His motorbike was inside, and he was sitting on the floor with his back against the wall, hands covered in grease. He was trying to figure out how to eliminate the petrol entirely, but was coming up at a loss when he heard someone approaching.
He glanced up and couldn't help the smile that she caused. "Hey. You're home earlier than I thought you would be."

It did sort of bother her that her parents didn't even bother to look for her. However, after they treated her the way they did, she couldn't really bring herself to really care. Tracy was happy where she was and that was with Sebastian. It didn't matter where they ended up, as long as they were there together, it would be alright.
She had decided to go shopping today with a few friends. It was just a stress reliever for her. After everything that happened with Jack, it still effected her. She had gotten quiet about it. Even worse, her parents didn't even bother to send a note saying that Jack died. It was like they just 'forgot' they had a daughter.
Shopping had been just the thing for her. Although she had done a lot of window shopping, she ended up with two bags of things. Naturally, she found a bunch of cute things on the sale racks. Pleased with what she had, Tracy made it home before she first expected. Running inside, she put away her bags. Sebastian wasn't inside, so there was one other place she knew he would be.
Walking down the the garage, her shoes made an clicking noise with every step she took. Tracy stopped at the door and smiled. She loved to watch him work.
"Hey yourself," she said once she leaned against the door frame. Of course, she didn't remain there long. She walked closer to him. "We finished shopping earlier than we thought too." Not caring that he had grease on him, she walked over to him and gave him a quick kiss. "How has your day been?"

He loved the click of her heels on the pavement, though he could never fully explain why. It was just one of those things that meant her. He could be anywhere and hear those shoes and think of her. It was silly, and his image would be shattered if anyone ever found out that he thought about these things, but he was a lover at heart.
He kissed her back, careful not to touch her since his hands were dirty, and he shrugged. "All right. Frustrating. I can't figure out this bike for the life of me. I can make it fly and doubled it's speed, but I can't figure out how to eliminate the oil is uses. Anyway, friend of mine called. There's an open spot at a show he's doing if I want to play."
When they graduated, Sebastian's life had been about music and about her. He played to keep them fed and housed, but as time went on, the gigs seemed to die down. Now, he worked in a muggle auto shop, and the musical gigs were a side job at best.

"You'll figure it out sooner or later," she said encouragingly. Even if he did touch her, Tracy wouldn't have minded. She could have easily changed clothes.
At the mention of a gig, another smile fell across her light pink glossed lips. "That's great. You know that I'll go whenever you will play." That was one of the things that she loved about Sebastian. His musical talent could still get to her like nothing else could. Of course, he could get to her like no one else could but still. She loved to hear him play.

Sebastian, out of habit, smiled when she did. He loved to see her smile and it never failed to make him forget the world and his troubles. For being wizards, they didn't exactly live a fairytale life, but he loved her, and wasn't that all they needed?
Tracy was beautiful, talented, supportive. It was like he fell in love with her again whenever he looked at her.
"You think I should play with him, then?" he asked, leaning back a bit as he wiped his hands on an old rag. Now that Tracy was home, his interest in the damned bike was waning. "You know I'd dedicate a song to you."

"I think you should. You know I like hearing you play," she said with the same smile on her face. It was hard not to smile around Sebastian.
Seeing that most of the oil was gone from his hands, Tracy took the chance to take a seat in his lap. She put her arms around his neck and her smile grew. "I'm looking forward to it, and I'll make sure that I'm in the front row to watch you."
Sure their life wasn't really a fairytale, but it was perfect to her. They got by and they were with each other. It was perfect and she couldn't ask for anything better.

Sebastian smiled, setting his hands on her waist when she came closer to him. He would do anything at all for her, especially knowing she had given up her family for him. He wanted to remind her every day how much he loved her and why he was still worth it.
And if it ever came up, he would gently encourage her to reach out to her family, but he never pushed the subject. He understood.
"Then I'll play. And I'll dedicate all my songs to you. Tell me more about your day, and I'll pour some wine or something." Even as he said this, he made no moves to get up.

She knew that neither of them would move for a bit. Maybe their life was somewhat routine but Tracy didn't mind it at all. Every day was a different day and sometimes different things happened. Before, Tracy wouldn't have really liked the idea of a routine but now that everything was a lot calmer she didn't mind it. She liked the idea that she could come home every day and Sebastian would always be there and vice versa.
A light blush rose on her cheeks as he said that all of his songs would be dedicated to her. "Thank you," she said placing a kiss on his cheek.
"My day? Well, Lauren, Danielle, Megan, and I went shopping, grabbed lunch, and then finished up. I found a few more of those t-shirts I like to see you wear." Tracy gave him a playful smile before continuing. "And I found you a couple more button up shirts too. I think they'll fit nicely."

Sebastian smiled, leaning back against the wall of the garage and bringing her body with him slightly.
"You're too nice to me," he told her, honestly feeling like he didn't deserve her love sometimes. But Merlin knew he'd do anything for her. He loved her too much to let her go.
"Tell me you bought something for yourself. Or hey, even something for me that you can wear," he added with a playful wink.

As Sebastian pulled her with him as he leaned back against the wall, Tracy’s smile grew. “Maybe I am too nice to you, but I like being too nice to you.” She looked at him playfully. Tracy would also do anything for him. They had already been through a lot but everything they had been through made them stronger.
At his request, Tracy pulled her bottom lip between her teeth and then gave a light seductive like smile while putting two fingers on his chest. “That will be something that you will have to find out later Mr. Lumme,” she said lowering her voice into an almost like whisper. “But I will tell you I did get a few things, however, I can’t tell you what it is yet.”

"Fair enough," Sebastian replied, that easy smile set on his lips almost permanently. "God, you're beautiful. I don't think I tell you that enough."
He rested back against the wall, his eyes just set on her easily. She was, without a doubt, his best friend, and like she felt for him, he would do anything for her.
After a moment, he sighed. "Come on, let's go upstairs so I can get cleaned up and kiss you properly. And you can show me what you bought... because it will be technically later." He added this last bit with a wink.

"Someone is slightly impatient," she teased lightly. Tracy knew that her life would be completely different if it had not been for Sebastian. She was able to be herself and have someone love her for it. She couldn't imagine a life that would have been different from this.
"But I can't say no to you if you want to get clean. I personally like you either way." She gave him a smile and then took his hand. Tracy figured while he was in the shower, she could try on what she bought to surprise him once he got out. She started to lead him up to their apartment.

"I'm always impatient," Sebastian told her, though that wasn't true. When he needed to be, he was actually quite a patient guy. The idea to run away and get married was, after all, hers. He would have waited forever for her if she asked.
He wanted to make a quip about her liking him dirty, but he held his tongue and followed her up the stairs. "I just don't want to get engine grease all over you. It's not as cute as you'd imagine. I mean, you could make it cute, of course. But I don't think you would like it much. You can come help me get all clean, though." He winked at her, catching up to her as they rushed up the stairs.

Tracy laughed as she ran up the stairs. Yes, it was her idea that they run away and get married, but it was probably the best decision that she had made in her life. Here with Sebastian, she didn't have to worry about her parents at all. She had been able to start over and be the person she wanted to be while having someone love her for it.
As Tracy reached the top of the stairs and made her way to their apartment door, she turned to Sebastian. "I think I might take you up on that offer," she said teasingly as she opened the door, leaving it open for him to enter as she made her way to their room. "After all you do need another pair of eyes to make sure you still don't have engine grease on you."

Sebastian just nodded a little, slowly, his face neutral for a moment. Merlin, if only she knew how beautiful she was to him. Were he a better man with words, he could write her sonnets.
What they had wasn't perfect. No real relationship ever was. But he loved it and he loved her. Their good moments, their bad moments, and everything inbetween. He would honestly be lost with her.
"Mmm... you should go get the water started. You know how long it takes to heat up."
