Oh my gosh, it must be school being out, since I am now hit with a while bunch of characters I want to make! Haha.
Who: Jana Keyser
What: Rebecca's little sister
When (or for how long?): Whenever, probably permanent
Why: Rebecca needs her little sister, since it's one of the few people that she actually likes, despite the way she treats her.
What Else: Jana is a 2nd year Ravenclaw. PM me if interested, since I can't think of anything else now.

I knew you'd be putting up ads for the brother and sister! I won't lie.... I'm sort of interested in the sister, but I have a bit of a backlog of new characters right now (and I made Mason on a whim, pushing the others back some more.... haha). Although two of the characters are for Sam and she's a little busy right now. And the third one already has the account made, I just haven't filled out her profile because I'm lazy. Lol....
Also, let me take a look at my character list to see if I have any potential friends or boyfriends.

Possible friends:
Cleo Vanderley, Gryffindor 4th year. She's a bit of a wise-ass and a daredevil.
Robin Slater, Hufflepuff 3rd year. Dating James Potter and is not quite as sweet as she appears. Fellow member of the UTNG Redhead Society. LOL
Kellie Whitmore, Ravenclaw 6th year. A bit older, but they're in the same house and love books.
The only single boys I have in that age range are Slytherins:
Xavier Scotts, Slytherin 4th year. Might be getting involved with Sheena Ferrera (if Gage ever gets his butt on here and posts!!!)
Thaddeus Avery, Slytherin 3rd year. He's part of Severus's "gang of Slytherins." Future Death Eater and all around obnoxious jerk. I haven't used him yet.

Most of our werewolves are taken, but I do have Dylan that I've never done anything with. Rori and I might have had some plan somewhere, but we haven't done it, and I don't remember what it was. And I wouldn't mind an excuse to play with Dylan.

Who: (the character's name or description) Tom (last name up to you, I didn't have one picked out)
What: Adam's best friend since their first year. He can have any job, it's up to you.
When (or for how long?): Whenever anyone feels like making a new character, and will be permanent.
Why: I'd like Adam to have his best childhood friend around, and Adam's only friend will be Richard, as of now.
What Else: He is muggle born, was in Gryffindor, and met Adam on their first day there. Tom is one of those friends that only come around once in a lifetime, the kind that are always there for you no matter what.
