The old Characters Wanted thread had become cluttered and unwieldy, and many unanswered ads were buried amidst the rubble. Therefore I have taken the liberty of moving the old one to the Archives, and starting a new one. I rescued all of the unanswered ads, which will follow this first post. I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread where people could post if they need someone to play a particular character to help further their stories. Looking for a part-time player? A full-time player? Why: just for fun, Alenna and Theo's little brother
What Else: eleven years old, again, you can pict the actor
This one would kinda be impossible w/o parents but since i already put the other Gavin siblings...
Who: Amira "Mimi" Gavin
What: youngest Gavin child, 9 years old, strongly admires the women in her life (Alenna and her mother)

Why: just for fun, Alenna's younger sister

Why: So my brothers and I have a daddy
What Else: He should be kind of a jerk

What: matriarch of the Dearborn family, home maker, NOT a death eater (may or may not be a sympathizer, your choice)

Why: So my brothers and I will have a mom
What Else: I'd like her to actually be motherly, but sort of keep quiet about her family's leanings.

When (or for how long?): whenever. he's not as important and it may be for a while/permanent.
Why: Because he's the father figure and we want to have our family.
What Else: He's kind of a hard ass and pressures his kids. The kinda guy that's never impressed and hard to please
Who: Mrs. Hobbs, first name can be whatever. dont care about celeb claim
What: Mother to the girls, owns the bakery shop
When (or for how long?): asap. she'll be important in the shop. probably permanent
Why: because she's the mother and we want our fam and she also owns the bakery. we want her apart of the rp
What Else: She's kind and is the only one who can deal with her husband

What: Declin, Jace, and sister's Father. Dark Wizard, definatly death eater. Killed his muggle wife when he became deeply attracted to Death eater's ways. kidnapped the younger Martin's to turn them to the Dark Arts.
When (or for how long?): He may die eventually, he messes with the Santino Mob too much......

Who: Name and Description don't really matter, probably someone handsome, he'd be older than her too but not by too much. Preferred actor: Clive Owen (character formerly known as Christian)
What: Alyx's father and Diana's long ago week long beau. I'd also like him to be a DE because it will surprise Diana to see him again after all these years.
When (or for how long?): Soon, not necessarily to find out that he's a father, but I'm planning on trying to get Diana to be a DE and I would like her to run into him. Temp or Perm ...although I really do prefer Permanent
Why: To throw Diana for a loop, as well as perhaps heat up old flames, then of course, they have a daughter together, so he would probably be interested in knowing that.
What Else: I'd like him to be a bad boy (because they're the ones that are the most fun to tame) PM me if you're interested in the role, you'll earn my undying devotion lol and I'll tell you more about a few plots I'd like to plan

What: Someone really charming and seductive who will sweep her off her feet and leave her breathless.
When (or for how long?): As soon as possible, semi-permanent. (I might be sort of interested in this ending in a breakup that will shatter her heart, in which case it wouldn't have to be permanent. We can discuss.)
Why: Because Kingsley isn't working out.
What Else: I can't think of anything at the moment.

Ohhh... that would be great! I play Marlene as being really logical and practical, but she can also be a little neurotic at times. (She'd deny it if you pointed it out, though.) So she just needs someone who can be really charming and break through her defenses. |
