Kristen snapped her fingers. "You've figured me out," she said with a jokingly sad tone. "But that's our little secret." She smiled. Her smile faded a little bit as he mentioned that she would end up on a broom one way or another. "If I hold on to you and end up squeezing the life out of you, don't say anything," she said raising her eyebrow.
Once Reese mentioned he should have dropped her in the lake, Kristen put on a shocked expression. "If you would have dropped me in the lake, you would have went in with me one way or another. Payback is usually just as bad if not worse." A teasing smile appeared on her face. All of a sudden, Kristen had an idea.
"I have a better idea than just sitting in the kitchen. Come on, follow me Reese Cup. I promise no tricks and no we're not going back outside."

Reese raised his eyebrow at her sudden thought, and she was on her feet, giving him that expectant look that almost seemed to ask why he wasn't up and following her yet, either.
"Oh, I definitely don't trust this," he said with a laugh... but she promised it would be inside, and no tricks, and what else could he really ask for?
"I'm almost tempted, by the way, for you to do something to exact revenge on me. It sounds hot." By now, he was on his feet and after her. "Lead the way, m'lady."

She rolled her eyes as she laughed and shook her head at his comment about exacting revenge. "See, I wouldn't exact revenge on you when you're thinking about it. It wouldn't really have the same effect as it would if you weren't expecting it."
In one arm she held her jacket and draped her scarf around her neck as they left the kitchens. "I know a shortcut," she said as they rounded a corner. Kristen looked for a particular portrait. "Ah, here it is." The comment was said more to herself than to anyone. She greeted the portrait and side stepped the question the portrait asked about Reese. Kristen knew if she answered the question, she would be blood red and then more questions would be asked. She gave the portrait the password, only to have it swing open.
Once Reese was inside, a small lift moved and carried them up. It was pitch black in the passageway, but Kristen didn't bother with light. When the lift stopped, she pushed open the portrait.
"Ta-da," she said turning to Reese with a smile. "Just around the corner and we'll be there, promise." This was the place that she would slip off to every once in awhile when she wanted quiet time. Walking back and forth in front of an empty wall, she imagined what she usually did. A couch, fireplace, a small bookshelf. A scene that seemed 'homey'. The door appeared and she opened it, motioning for Reese to go inside.
"See? This is better than just sitting in the kitchens."

Reese was being quiet, and obedient, though Kristen probably didn't know this. He followed her qithout question until she announced that they arrived at their destination.
"Oh wow... how very... Ravenclaw. Is this your common room?"
If it was, he wasn't sure how to react to being brought here. If it wasn't, he wanted to know how she stumbled across it. He let these thoughts run through his head rather than how she avoided answering the portrait's question about him.
"Why, Kristen... have you brought me to a secluded place to have your way with me?"

"As for the secret passage, I found that out from one of the younger Gryffindors. He owed me a favor for getting some other young boy to stop bullying him. However, this place I found on my own. One day I was just wanting to get away and then this door happened to appear out of nowhere. I come here every so often to maybe do homework or just relax."
At Reese's next question, she smiled teasingly. "You really must stop figuring me out so quickly." She laughed and placed her jacket and scarf on one of the hooks to hold it. Other than wanting some place that seemed a little quieter than the kitchens, Kristen wasn't exactly sure why she decided to show Reese her 'secret hideaway'.
"I'm pretty sure this room can actually turn into whatever type of room you want."
