New Term

I have decided to begin the new school term on September 10th. This is a Monday, so I understand not everyone will be able to be here that day, but we'll start slowly, with the Hogwarts Express and the opening feast.

I will need all student characters that intend to be active to sign up for classes and sign in to the STUDENTS thread, so I can change your grade level if you haven't already. I also am going to need more students, as it looks like a lot of our current ones may not be coming back. If you are a member of another board, please advertise there and invite people to join in here. The new school term is the perfect time for new members.

Also, keep in mind that we will need a few good upperclassmen--at least 5th years--because I intend to have a House competition in the style of a Triwizard Tournament. If you have a student that is at least in 5th year, please consider signing up for that... and if you don't, please consider making one. I can't do it unless we have strong contenders for each house.

For the start of the new term, we'll be starting slowly. If you need/want to do your shopping in Diagon Alley, please go ahead and do so. Then make sure you take the Hogwarts Express. I do not expect classes to begin this week! I figure next week we will start the Welcome Feast and classes.
