Personality:
Raven is one sly and wicked person. Since she was a child she heard that Voldemort was around she began to think Muggle Borns as magic thieves and bullied them through out her school life. Her gentler side is when she is with people like herself. She is kind to them, and will do anything for them. Raven can get angry really quick. She has a short fuse and if anyone annoys her she let's them know. This anger she has was from her mother. She isan't very sociable and prefers to be on her own.

Brief History:
Raven grew up in the Muggle city of Stoke-On-Trent in the UK. Her parents were serious Muggle and Muggleborn haters so became Death Eaters. She was proud of her parents. Her family came from a long line of Pure Bloods who were proud of their hiertage. She knew if she ever wanted to be a true Witch she would respect the family name and keep the blood Pure which she is intending to do. When she turned 11 and got admitted to Hogwarts, she knew this was the time to pick them off one by one. She got into trouble for this and was suspened for half the school year. Her parents didn't shout at her because they knew she was only trying to help. One day she hopes to follow in her family's footsteps and beome a great Witch whom is pround to be called a Pureblood.

Going back to school wasn't the best of times. Raven stood on the platform, and waited for the train to arrive. She saw a few first years all buzzing with excitment. "What a year this is going to be." she muttered sarcasticly. A Gryffindor thrid year turned around and scowled her. Raven made a warning noise, and the Gryffindor turned away. The train pulled up, and Raven was the first to get on board.

She found an empty compartment and sat down. She waved at her parents then looked away. The trian started to pull out of the station. The daylight hit her and they were picking up speed fast. "This year is going to be hell." she sighed putting her head back on the seat an closing her eyes.

Just a note... there's a temporary freeze on new Slytherin students between 5th and 7th years...

There are a few spelling errors as well as grammatical, please fix them. (and if she's only 15, how is she going undercover getting information from secret organizations on how they plan to get rid of Voldemort?)

There are still a lot of spelling and grammatical errors, and please, be practical. Older students are not going to let anyone know if they are a part of a secret organization.

A few other comments-- this is before the first war, so I don't know how much she would have heard about Voldemort as a child. There are few outside of Death Eaters and Aurors that even know who is leading the Death Eaters at this point.

I'm also not sure how much sense it makes that her gentle side comes through when she is with other wicked people. She can be nice with them, but it's still a contradiction, isn't it?

Also, 11 year olds don't know much magic, so how is she able to cause so much damage to other students? Are her parents from very old wizarding families, so she might have had tutors from an early age like we expect of the Blacks and Malfoys?

Overall, I would just like to see a little more development in her history and her personality.

I know that you're trying, I can see that and I definitely appreciate it. We just like the apps to be top knotch before we say yes.

If you have Microsoft Word, or some similar program, I'm going to suggest that you copy and paste your application into it and then run a spell check and a grammar check. That should catch most of those issues.

As a reminder, there is a built-in spell check option on the board as well. It is the button located right next to "Post Reply" and it works very well. I urge you to use it; it's there for a reason. None of us are perfect. Except, perhaps, me.

Also, be aware that Lord Voldemort, as we know him, has only been at work for a few years at this time. Tom Riddle disappeared for a few years, and emerged as Lord Voldemort. We are currently at that point. And very few people are aware that Lord Voldemort is Tom Riddle.
