That neighborhood was decidedly weird. First of all her apartment building offered cauldron cleaning...what on earth was that? Then again it might have been a prank seeing as how she had stumbled upon the pamphlet with a different set of amenities than the one she had received. It was easy to write that off, but some of the other things that had been happening since she moved in were starting to make the hairs on her neck stick up in direct warning.
Or ... Perhaps she was simply wound too tight. That was why she found herself here...in the noisy den of iniquity. Well that, and she was supposed to meet her contact there. Assuming he'd show up she'd be only that much closer to finding her sister, and that was worth any headache the noise could give her.
Yes...she definitely needed to loosen up unfortunately her mind wasn't letting her, so with a sigh she sat at the bar and ordered a drink to help her along the way.

Dean had been spending less and less time with Zander's pack these days. Since he'd secretly rescued Fenrir Greyback from the attack at Hogsmeade, he'd been meeting with him frequently. The pack leader was starting to cultivate the seeds of doubt that had been springing up in his head ever since being taken in by Zander's pack. What was the sense in having such power, if you were going to hide yourselves away and do only good things?
Tonight, he was stepping out for a bit of fun. He liked the dance clubs; they attracted the seedier sorts. These were his people, he thought boldly as he wandered into the club. He'd been hoping to run into Bellatrix Black again, but so far, he had seen no sign of her. But what he did see, as he cast his eyes around the club, brought a smile to his face.
The pretty brunette by the bar... he'd seen her before. During the botched mission to rescue Ashura from Gretchen's camp. She had been standing by the water, taking her top off...
He was drawn to her like a moth to a flame. "Hey," he said, sliding into the seat next to her. "I don't think we were properly introduced last time we met. I'm Dean."

And now she was getting hit on, she turned to face the voice. "Use that line often?" she asked taking a sip of her drink. For an odd place she found that the drinks were very good. She made a decision early on that if she were going to live in the big city she'd need an attitude to back it up, were she to be her usual pleasing self she'd be like a lamb led to the wolves.

Dean blinked at her. Was it possible she didn't remember him? It had been night... and there had been a lot of confusion. But she had flirted with him. And wouldn't she recognize his scent?
"No... not a line," Dean said. "We met before. Don't you remember? OK, granted, it wasn't under the best of circumstances, but still... I hope you don't hold it against me."

She nearly rolled her eyes when he said it wasn't a line, but as he continued her brow knitted, he really believed that they had met previously, "I'm sorry..." she said shaking her head, " but we've never met." she apologized then tilted her head, as if to explain she took another sip of her drink, " I just moved here two days ago."

Dean frowned. "That's... impossible," he said. "We have met... or, if not..."
He trailed off. She seemed different, now that he really looked at her. She had a different way of carrying herself... and her scent was not the same.
"Would you think it was a line if I told you that you look exactly like someone I know?"

She gave him almost an indulgent smile, really he looked too young to really be hitting on her and she felt...well matronly toward him, or perhaps like a big sister, who knew.
"Probably." she said with a light shrug as she took another sip of the drink in her hand.

Dean stared at her for a long moment. "You really do look just like her," he said. "Maybe a little older... but it's almost scary how much. She could be your twin or something."
He shrugged. He wasn't going to let the fact that she wasn't who he'd thought she was deter him. She was still very pretty... Maybe they could still have a good time. "So... I gave you my name... what's yours? Do you maybe want to dance?"

She gave him a very specific look that was mixed with a bit of disappointment, after arguing that it wasn't a line for so long he now proved that it was by asking her name and to dance. She downed the rest of her drink,"Name's Ace, and I'm not interested." she said tossing her hair as she headed for the girl's bathroom. She was going to kill her contact for making her wait at this club. She had no clue that she was much closer to her sister than before simply because of Dean.

Dean scowled. He couldn't believe he was being shot down. The lookalike... she would have danced with him. he was sure of it. Maybe more than that. Yeah, she had a mate, apparently, but that hadn't stopped her froim flirting with him.
"Are you sure you don't have, like a twin somewhere? I swear, the other girl looked just like you."

"Boy you just don't give up do you?" she asked turning around her hair whipping back as a result. If it were a practiced move it would have been very effective but she didn't seem to know her own flare, most of her movements were unconscious but very similar to her sister's more flirtatious moves.
Her hand rested lightly on her hip and she claimed a very bored pose, then adopted a somewhat indulgent smile, "Alright...tell me about this girl... my "twin"... " she smirked a bit, " Tell me any story you please, if it's half as interesting as you seem to think it is I'll let you buy me a drink."
Really the only thing stopping her from leaving was the fact that she was supposed to meet someone here and the boy in front of her was relatively harmless...little did she know... and if she had to be at a bar with a bunch of people she didn't know, she realized that having this pup sniff around her was much better than some other mouth foaming actual threat of a dog.

Dean grinned. "OK. Yeah, I'll tell you about her."
He hesitated for a minute, however. What exactly could he tell this woman about her so-called twin? The first time he'd seen her, she had been in the woods. While he had been watching, crouched under a bush, she had stripped off her top and bathed in the river.
"She's.... well, she's beautiful. Not ashamed of her body, and very flirtacious. But she's also tough. I watched her get into a fight with another girl. But she flirted with me, too."
What could he say that wouldn't give away his identity--or hers--as a werewolf?

He was actually describing someone. That was a surprise, which admittedly lent a little more credibility to his story. The lines about being beautiful and not ashamed of her body could have been simply lines, but the comments about the fight had her a bit puzzled. Were the boy in front of her simply trying to compliment her or lead her toward an idea of what he considered ideal in a girl there would have been much more flattery involved.
A brow quirked upward, "And you didn't happen to catch her name?"

Dean frowned. When he had met the girl in the woods, they had hardly been able to exchange pleasantries or names. She had been trying to drag him back to her camp as her prisoner. And he'd been powerless to resist her charms. If Chloe hadn't come along, she would have taken him to her camp, leaving Zander and the other one more person to rescue.
"I didn't exactly catch her name," he admitted. "But I swear, she looked just like you."

"Yes" she chuckled, "I believe we covered that." she smiled at him now, a bit more at ease, perhaps her drink was having a calming affect on her, or perhaps she was realizing that Dean was relatively harmless. She didn't question him anymore about the girl who supposedly looked like her, as far as she was concerned her looks weren't anything out of the ordinary and now she realized, common if someone else looked like her.
She didn't really think it could be her sister, perhaps she had spent so much time away from her sister she never realized that they could look alike.

Dean frowned. "You really down believe me, do you?" he said.
Well, really, how could she? He was just some random guy hitting on her in a club. And it had been a while since he'd seen the girl, so now he wasn't entirely sure just how much the other girl looked just like the one in front of him. Except for the eyes. He'd recognize them anywhere.
"Her eyes were exactly like yours," he said. "I wish... What if I found her and brought her to you?"
OK, now he was sounding desperate. Why would she want to meet some girl who looked like her? "Never mind. That was stupid. I'm probably just wasting your time."

Her amusement grew at his clumsy attempts , she was no longer sure if he was just trying to pick her up or well whatever he was doing, but he had made her smile, and she felt bad for shooting him sown so quickly. Strangely it felt like she had kicked a puppy.
"Hey wait.." she said extending her arm and putting a hand on his shoulder, "The conditions were you buy me a drink if I listened to your story..." she said cajolingly trying to make it a little easier on him, then ruined it temporarily by asking, "You are old enough to drink right?"

Dean was a little frustrated. He knew he wasn't making up the uncanny resemblance between the girl he'd met in the woods and the woman in front of him. But he had absolutely no concrete evidence to give that would prove it to her. He didn't even have a name. And the exact circumstances of their meeting were things he couldn't tell this woman, because they involved the fact that he was a werewolf and so was her lookalike. People tended to react badly to the fact that they were talking to a werewolf.
But now she was offering to buy him a drink, and Dean never turned down a feww drink. "Yes, I'm old enough... otherwise I wouldn't be here," he replied. Looking at the bartender, he said, "You got any tequila?"

She raised a somewhat skeptical eyebrow at that but shrugged and returned with him to the bar ordering her own drink. Someone who looked like her? She supposed it wasn't impossible but neither did she think she had some identical twin out there that she never knew of.
Dean had put her in a contemplative state however and she was silent for the most part, letting them drink their drinks in peace. She sighed after looking at her watch, her informant wasn't coming and he hadn't bothered to call and let her know ahead of time.

The bartender had managed to find some tequila behind the bar and had poured him a single shot. Dean knew it wouldn't take long to drink it, but he wanted to savor it in case Acelynn decided she had had enough of the stupid kid babbling about a lookalike. But she'd promised him one drink and he meant to make it last.
"You know, I bet Dawn would know the name of your lookalike," he said thoughtfully. "She knew her before, and now that her memory is better, she might be able to help. That is, if you're really interested."
