Of Gaelic decent, she has auburn hair and green eyes. About 5'6" she is of average height and slender. She is as her name suggests, graceful but very down to earth.

Personality: She is one who lived up to her name, she is very calm, serene, graceful and gentle. It takes a lot to rile her up, she has an even temper unless you don't do what you're told when you're being healed that is. Then she can be very stern and commanding. She actually cares about her patients and hates to see a patient die. She would go to great lengths to prevent a death in a patient.
History: Born to Hector and Serenity Concordia, a pair of muggle-born wizards living in Godric's Hollow. She also lives in Godric's Hollow, in the same home she grew up in, after the death of her parents when she was 17 as they contracted a magical disease that had not been able to be saved. That was the turning point in her life and she began studying Healing until she became employed at St. Mungo's as a healer. She hates death more than most, and her greatest fear is that she wont' be able to save those she loves most. She is a former Hufflepuff when she was in Hogwarts, she is exceptionally loyal and has a heart of gold.
