Taylor was sick of waiting in California. His Suzie had gone to France for vacation, so he was home alone. Things were to quite, and it had been too long since he had seen a certain Mr. Zachary Scotts. The man tried to con him out of his money, and apparently Zachary had had an affair with his future wife. Taylor resented him for that and made sure that he chased him out of town.
Of course, Taylor knew that Zachary was a Scotts, and they were one of the richest families in England. He shouldn't have a problem paying back his debts. He was wanting his money back, after all everyone who ever borrowed from him paid the money back some how or another. Sometimes, it might not have been actual money, but it could be considered an alternative.
Zachary was going to give him his money back. He didn't care who his family was. Arriving in England, he went to the Leaky Cauldron and rented a room. While he was there, he figured that he would let Zachary have another day of peace before he paid him a visit. Taylor took a seat at the bar in the Leaky Cauldron and ordered whatever the bartender felt like making at the moment before he turned and surveyed who happened to be in the place.

Tanya, as usual, was bored. She hadn't been given anyone lately to torture, which honestly was the only thing that really gave her pleasure anymore. No, she'd had to save the last three or four hospital patients in her care. Such a waste.
But Alec was Merlin only knew where, and the apartment was simply too quiet with Justin around anymore, so she went out. A drink and an innocent flirt... as innocent as a spider seducing a fly... couldn't hurt.
She sat next to Taylor at the bar, almost unintntionally, and rdered a firewhiskey before casting a sideways glance at the man.

Taking a long sip from his glass, he turned back around in his seat. There was no gambling here, so Taylor couldn't play, he would simply have to find a new way to entertain himself.
Taylor looked out of the corner of his eye and noticed a woman looking at him. He turned his head to look her over. Doing this was not bad. He could look. There was nothing wrong with that, and the good thing was that the woman was nice looking. At least it was something good to look at. Taylor gave the woman a smile before turning back to his drink.

Tanya frowned. That was it, seriously? A smile, and then he showed more interest in his drink?
She turned her body towards him, giving him her undivided attention. "I haven't seen you here before," she said blatantly, a sweet smile on her lips as she was determined to have him on his knees by the end of the conversation. "Are you visiting? On business, perhaps?"

He turned his attention back to her, with a smile playing on his lips. Taylor was going to indulge her and speak. He could have just got up and walked away, however things were too quiet and not enough fun had been going on lately.
"I guess you could say I'm visiting," he replied. "I'm just here to see an old friend. He's expecting me I do believe, since it's been awhile since I've seen him." Taylor glanced her over again and met her eyes. "What about you? Visiting? Running away?"

"Neither," Tanya replied, pleased to hear that this 'old friend' was indeed a friend... well, she assumed. It was a male, at least. But he was responding to her now, and that plan to have him on his knees was well underway.
"In fact, this place is my playground. But you're quiet welcome to be here," she grinned coyly. "When are you supposed to meet that friend of yours?"

"Oh really? Your playground?" Taylor looked at the woman amusedly. "I suppose I should say thank you for not trying to chase me away." He gave her a wink. Even if the woman tried to chase him away, Taylor wasn't going to be going anywhere.
"Tomorrow. I just got in today, so I figured that I would just come in and get a room today and rest a little bit before I go to see him. Of course, a conversation and a few drinks can easily be added in the only things I have planned for today."

"I can think of better things than drinks and a conversation to add to your to do list," She told him, leaning towards him and resting her chin on her hand, her crossed legs bare to the thigh because of how she was sitting.
"But we can certainly start there, Mr..." She trailed off, waiting for him to supply his name.

A sly grin spread across Taylor's face. "Oh really," he said still amused. The grin remained on his face as he noticed her legs. It was pretty chilly out, yet this woman's legs had nothing to keep them warm. He thought about what she had said and he would go along with her. Taylor did need his fun.
"Taylor," he replied. He wasn't concerned with last names. "What's your name love?"

Tanya extended her hand towards him. "Tanya," she replied. If he wanted to give one name, she would give one name. "Now, is Taylor your first name or last?" She asked, as it could have swung either way.
She studied him... that smile suggested that he was willing to have a little fun with her. It was like stealing candy from a baby. His accent gave him away as a Yankee. What was it with American's lately?

He reached his hand out and brought her hand to his lips. Taylor kissed her hand gently before letting it go. His eyes still showing interest. "First name. I never thought that last names were ever important. It's nice to meet you Tanya." He continued to smile lightly. Even if this woman was willing to have fun, which he was happy to assist her, he wasn't going to let her have full control. Taylor wasn't like that. He perfered to be in control in everyway.

Tanya never let go of control, but they would wait and see how things went.
"Then we'll forget that we even have last names for a while, Taylor." If she had only known that giving her last name would have completely changed this encounter.
"Tell you what, we'll finish our drinks, and then, if you're..." She let her eyes trail the length of his body before continuing, "...up for it, I'll show you all the most important places in town."

He never did like to give his last name, unless he was in a situation that he could throw his name around and get whatever he wanted. This time, Taylor was just going to let things happen as they may.
A grin spread across his face. "I'm always up for just about everything. Seeing the important places in town sounds like a plan," he said with a hint of suggestiveness in his voice.

"Perfect," Tanya practically purred. "I like a man whose flexible." She was generous with the innuendo, never much caring for subtleties.
She turned to drink more of what she had ordered and had to keep from smiling into her drink. Men were so bloody easy. Of course, they really only ever thought about a handful of things... money, food, revenge, and woman. Nine times out of ten, she could put women at the top of their list.

The one thing that Tanya didn't know was that Taylor would fight for control. That was something he hungered for, in anything. He liked for people to give in to him under any circumstances, and frankly he would do his best to get this woman to do what he wanted.
Taylor gave her another smile and turned to his drink. "What do you do Tanya?"

Tanya could not have grinned more slyly at that. He was playing right into her hands. She loved answering what she did in that slow, seductive drawl of hers because it made men more curious, and Merlin knew how their minds wandered.
"Why, I'm a nurse, Taylor. What do yo do?"

He moved just a hair closer to Tanya than what he already was. Taylor was making sure that he was being subtle about moving a little closer. After he moved, he wasn't going to move anymore. It was going to be up to her.
"A nurse," he asked curiously, yet with a suggestive tone to his voice. "That's quite interesting. I'm just a simple businessman. I work with a company back in America, nothing extremely important." Taylor's grin returned to his face after taking another drink from his glass. "I don't think I could have taken up working as a healer, or anything like that, so I commend you on your line of work."

"It has its benefits," Tanya replied in a low tone, and leaned in close so that her lips were next to his ear, as if telling him some great secret.
"I could show you a few of them later," she tempted, pulling back slowly to watch his reaction and relish in the power she had over men.

He felt himself still smiling as she leaned over to his ear. Taylor still kept his hands to himself as she told him she could show him a few benefits later.
"Oh really," he replied looking at her with an eyebrow raised. He leaned closer to her and whispered in her ear, causing his lips to just brush against it gently. "I would love to see a few of those benefits."

Merlin, men were so predictable.
When he pulled back, he would see her with one delicately raised eyebrow. She motioned to his drink. "Then I suggest you drink a little faster so we can get this tour of the town out of the way first."
