Something interesting has just occurred to me.
Our class sizes, particularly for the "required" classes, like DADA or Potions, is a bit out of control.
I was writing down the roster for Potions for something, and I have ounted 46 active/semi-active students in that class. This doesn't even count the ones that I didn't even write down because the members are not active.
I'm wondering what you all thought about splitting some of the larger classes into two separate classes, either older and younger students, or by houses.

i think age appropriate lessons would be a good idea... 1-4 yrs and 5-7 yrs

Eeek. LOL.
I have to see if it will be balanced enough with the younger students and older students, but I do like the idea. That way you can be a little harder on the older students.

Ya, especially since we can also avoid things like the current potions class thread going on....boil cure potions are a first year potion and there are seventh years learning it.  |

yeah or like DADA where i have to duel other 7th years to even be fair I wouldn't want to send some kiddos to the hospital ward i mean it took what 3 i think death eaters to torture me and frank in the books? muahahahaaa... bubblegum anyone? |

Actually, I'm wrong. Seth would be in the same class as Gage. Maxi and Bek aren't taking potions.

Lol I think I'm all for it but all my chars are fifth and up. Seth is the only one Sam will miss.

I'm going to try and do the same thing with DADA and Herbology. can I get the professors of Charms, Transfiguration, History of Magic, and Astronomy to compile class rosters? I am not as concerned about electives.... although Dueling is an issue. I'll let Voltaire decide how to handle that one. And everyone, please, check any of your student characters and make sure they're signed up for classes. Rori, darling, I'm looking at you. (James, Peter, Regulus)  |

Jason and Gia are going to die in the Hogsmeade attack, but we'll keep them on the list for now. Emmeline and Sophie I am not sure about.
