Bek walked to the edge of the lake, took off her shoes, and waded a bit since she was the first one there. She stared out over the lake and began to think. I cant believe this is my last year at Hogwarts. she thought. She knew it was going to be a difficult change for her. Maxi, Gage, and Seth were her best and closest friends and next year, they'd be here at school with each other and she'd be out in the world, having no clue as to what she was going to do with herself. She made a mental list of things she wanted done before her year ended: - Pass her NEWT's
- Help Gage be more social
- Help Maxi and Seth realize they liked each other even if it killed her.
- and pick a career choice (even if it killed her)
Just as Bek finished her list, she heard a sound behind her and knew her friends were comming.

Seth walked over to where he, Bek, Maxi, and Gage were going to meet and saw Bek wadeing in the water, deep in thought. He choose not to bother her right away, knowing she was probably freeking about this being her final year again. So he sat in the shade by her shoes and socks and pulled out a book.
But he didn't really read it. He thought about how the other students in his house didn't really approve of his friendships with Bek, the deep and down-to-earth Gryffindor; Gage, the clumsy and shy Ravenclaw; or Maxi, the outgoing, funny, brilliant, and beautiful Huffelpuff. The thing was, the other Slytherins only saw his friends for their houses, but Seth knew better.
"I like being strange..." he said. He was a little suprised at who responded.

"Well Strange is a good thing to be once and a while," Maxi said, comming to the tree and sitting beside Seth. "What's with the sudden declaration of strangeness?" She asked, laughing at how that sencence sounded. Then she yawned. She was up late doing all the homework she had been avoiding and was kinda hoping to be able to take a little cat-nap.
Seeing that Gage hadn't shown up yet, Maxi yawned again and put her head on Seth's shoulder, hoping he wouldn't mind.

Bek heard Maxi and Seth, but decided that she'd leave them alone for a bit. Out of everything on her list, the issue with Maxi and Seth was probably the easiest for her to medle with. Basically because barely any medleing had to be done. Seth and Maxi were perfectly love sick on their own. Bek (and sometimes Gage) just gave a little nudge here and there.

Gage was a lot sneekier than his friends truely knew. While everything was going on with Maxi, Bek, and Seth, Gage was sitting in the tree above Max and Seth, drawing them. He leaned forward and tried to see more of them, but lost his balance and fell right on top of them...
