So far no one is taking Muggle studies (most of the students are first or second years). But if you would like to teach History of Magic, that would be great.
Would you also like to be head of Ravenclaw House?

Actually Alastor, you can't be Ravenclaw head. Although she hasn't posted much so far, Laura Graham is the Ravenclaw head. (I think she might be busy with exams right now, I'm sure she'll be posting more regularly soon.) Would you like to be Gryffindor head? Since you are Transfiguration teacher, that means McGonagall is not here and she'd usually be Gryffindor head.
