IF you can not follow them, If you can not EVEN respond for your actions, I have no qualms Banning you. I'm willing to forgive mistakes, but if it's one thing after another, I'm not putting up with it.

I should add that the rules we're talking about here are very basic, and pretty much common sense. Mostly everyone is able to follow them without a problem. But if someone is consistently breaking the most basic rules, we'll start warning you, and if the warnings don't work, in the immortal words of Heidi Kulm, "You're OUT."
