After leaving her lookalike at the cemetary, Morgana no longer felt like partying at the club. Instead, she headed to the Hog's Head to get a drink and try to figure the situation out. She walked in and sat down at the bar, ordering a bloody mary.
Morgana wasn't generally one for thinking deep thoughts; the mere idea of it was enough to make her head hurt. But she had to figure this out. Why did the woman, Bridget, look exactly like her? She was, perhaps, a few years older than Morgana's human form had been when she was turned. And her hair was shorter, not as thick and lsuh as her own. But otherwise, it was her. Could she be a descendent of Morgana's? And what was to stop the woman from investigating and finding out who she was? She knew she couldn't allow that to happen. Maybe she should ahve just killed the woman on the spot, but she had been so stunned that she couldn't react. Besides, for someone as self-centered as Morgana, the idea of killing someone who looks exactly like yourself was highly unsettling.
She took a sip of her drink and leaned her head on her hand, trying to decide what to do. She wished Evan was here....

Evan had been inside for way too long. He couldn't keep hiding and making dashes out in the middle of the night only to run right back in. He was starting to go insane being inside and because Morgana kept on annoying him to go out. She went out with out him several times although he didn't really want her too. Evan sighed and decided that he needed some kind of fun and he was hungry.
Leaving the abandoned house, Evan headed down one of the dark alleys to feed on a couple homeless people. He was going to keep a low key tonight, and if he was, he was going to have to find people no one would miss. After draining both bodies, Evan had his feel for the night. Feeding was a lot easier with those people. He was going to start to need a challenge to keep him going.
Knowing that Morgana was out and about, he decided to look around for her. He might as well try to have some kind of fun. Walking into the night club, he didn't see her, which was odd, but he decided to try the next place she would probably be. The Hog's Head. Upon entering, he saw a head of brown hair and he grinned. Evan walked up behind her and bent down to her ear. "Hello love," he said in a low whisper. He took the stool next to her and studied her face. "What's bothering you?"

Morgana heard his voice, and quickly turned to put her arms around him. "Oooh, you're here!" she squealed happily. "I was just wishing you would come, and here you are!"
As always, he was a sight to behold. Strong and powerful and intimidating. If she'd been capable of breathing, the sight of him would have been enough to knock the breath out of her. She pressed her lips against his and kissed him. "Oooh, and you've been feeding, too. You're unusually warm." Pulling away from him, she took a sip of her drink. She hesitated for a minute, trying to figure out how to tell him about what had happened. "Evan... something strange happened to me tonight," she said in an unusually serious voice.

Evan laughed as Morgana wrapped her arms around him. "Staying inside was starting to become a bore. I figured once I could find you, things would get better." He gave her a wink just before she kissed him. "And I did get hungry. There were a few people in the alley and I figured that I would settle my hunger. It wasn't as much fun as it usually is."
He studied her face again wondering what it was she wasn't telling him exactly. "What do you mean," he questioned before reaching up and running his thumb over her jawline.

Morgana closed her eyes as he ran his thumb along her jaw. When he did things like that, he never failed to distract her. "I met a woman tonight in the cemetary. A vampire slayer, of all things. But it was so strange... she looked exactly like me. Her hair was shorter, but... she was me. Have you ever heard of such a thing happening?" She opened her eyes and looked at him in confusion.

"A slayer," Evan repeated tilting his head to the side for a moment. A slayer, looking exactly like Morgana? That was strange. "No, I haven't," he replied. He had to admit, he was slightly confused himself. What if he accidentally got them mixed up? Oh, that could be fun actually. Mess with the slayer's mind and maybe have a feast, if he became lucky. Evan pushed the thoughts from his mind and focused back on Morgana. "I don't know what to tell you Morgana. She's not, related to you is she?"

Morgana swirled the contents of her drink around in her glass. "I don't know," she replied. "She could be, but I thought my family line died out a few years ago. The slayer doesn't know her real family, she says she's an orphan. Her name doesn't seem familiar, either." She sighed and sipped from her drink. She felt very strange. The encounter with her other self was unnerving to say the least. And Morgana was not really used to being so serious all the time. She wanted to do something fun.
But maybe... she realized, she was looking at this all wrong. Maybe it didn't matter why they looked alike. Maybe she could do something with this new and strange situation.
"I think... maybe I'll do some checking up on her," she said. "If she's a slayer, she probably works for the Ministry, right? Maybe I can figure out where she lives. If I can't figure out why we look alike, maybe I can at least use it to my advantage..." A slow smile spread across her face.

"If you want, I can help you figure out what's going on. Maybe she had her name changed or it could be she just oddly like you and not be related to you at all," he offered. The bartender looked at him and asked for his order. "I'll just have what she's having." Evan looked back to Morgana and he noticed the look on her face.
"I love your thinking dear." Usually, Morgana never really thought up anything, however when she did, it was a great plan. A smile spread across Evan's face as well. "If you ever need help in checking up on her, you know all you have to do is ask."

Morgana flashed him her trademark smile. "I might just do that, baby," she said. "I could use your help in this... I think, until I figure out who she is and why she looks like me, I should probably stay away from her. She asks a lot of questions, and since she's a slayer, I can't afford to let her know who I am. But be careful. I don't want to lose you."

"Don't worry 'bout it sweetheart," said Evan pushing hair from her face. "I know how to walk around slayers. If I run into her, and she ask questions, I can just make something up. There's no way for her to tell if I'm lying or not as long as I keep my answers smooth and logical." He gave a wink. "We'll find out who this girl is, I promise you that. It's time to have a little bit more fun than we've been having lately, don't you think so?"

Morgana squealed and flung her arms around his neck. "Oooh, yes! Fun! You know what I say... we can never have too much fun!" She kissed him quickly, then pulled back to look in his face. "Just think of it... messing with a slayer... Oooh! I wonder if she's got a boyfriend? Maybe we could pull a little divide and conquer... what do you say, baby?"

Evan laughed. "Divide and conquer. That should be fun," he replied. "It's always nice to start with the people around them, and I dare say you do an excellent job when it comes to that." He took a drink from his glass and looked back to her. Messing with a slayer was just what they needed. Things have been a bore as of late. "We'll find her and watch her for maybe a day, before we move in. It's best to see how she is before we should do anything, don't you think?"

Morgana smiled and nodded. "Oh, of course... it's best to find out a little more about her before we jump in. First I guess we're going to have to find out where she lives, or where she hangs out." She clapped her hands together excitedly. "Ooooh, this is gonna be so much fun!"
Just an hour before, she had been upset by the encounter, but now she ws excited. Who cared why she had a slayer that looked just like herself... the important thing was that it was the perfect opportunity to stir up trouble.

"That's my girl," said Evan putting a hand on Morgana's cheek. Maybe, he could 'accidentally' mistake the slayer for Morgana. The 'accident' could bring up conversation and help them out a little bit. A sly smile spread across his face as he looked back at the bar.
Turning back to Morgana, he noticed a man staring at her. Evan wrapped an arm around her to show the man that she was his. After a final glare at the man, he leaned to Morgana's ear. He kissed her ear. "I'm getting hungry again. Why don't we go have a little fun in the alleys? I'm sure we'll find a few, volunteers," he said whispering in a low voice.

Morgana grinned. "Mmmmm... that sounds great!" she said. "I was planning on feeding at the club, but I kinda lost my appetite for a bit after seeing the slayer. But I'm definitely feeling better now... and I'm starving!" She tossed a couple of coins on the bar to pay for her drink, then jumped to her feet excitedly. "You haven't been hunting with me in a while, so this should be fun. Wanna play the old damsel in distress bit, where you pretend to attack me to attract attention?"

Evan also tossed a few coins up on the bar to pay for his. He extended his arm for her to take. "The damsel in distress? I like it," replied Evan with a grin. "I have the perfect plan for this. I'll make it a little bit more interesting than it used to be. You start going into the alley and I'll follow behind you. Then, I'll make a move by grabbing onto your waist and pushing you up against the wall. Of course, when I start to kiss your neck, you start your screaming of me to get away from you, more than you already had. That sound good to you?"

Morgana giggled. "Oooh, yeah... That sounds perfect! You know how I love to play parts. This is going to be so much fun. Human boys are so stupid and gullible." She felt a thrill that had been sadly missing from her life as of late. She was glad Evan had gotten over his funk. She had a feeling that tonight would be just the beginning of the fun. "Maybe I should leave a little ahead of you?"

"Yes, you should," replied Evan. "I'll give you a twenty second head start, then I'll start to follow you. Do remember to give the glances back to look behind you. I'll be in the shadows." He kissed her cheek. "Have fun love. I'll catch up to you in a few." Evan give her a wink. It was good to be out again, just like old times. Maybe things would be just as good, or even better.

Morgana kissed him on the cheek, then let out a little squeal. "OK, babe, see ya soon!" she said gleefully.
Taking a deep breath, she composed herself, then raised her head up slightly and walked out the door. Once out in the street, she adopted the nervous, jittery look or a young human woman out late at night. She walked quickly and kept looking over her shoulder worriedly. She spotted a couple of guys nearby, hanging out in front of one of the shops. They were talking and laughing amongst themselves. Morgana had to bite back a grin.

Evan waited until she walked out the door and started to count to twenty.
18...19...20
He walked out the door and kept to the shadows. It wasn't hard to catch up to Morgana as she looked like she was jittery. Evan grinned as she was playing her part. She was perfect. Passing a few guys, he glanced to them and quickly passed them. Evan continued to follow Morgana as she walked down the street.
