Jon started to laugh as he tickled Lucie. Her laughter was the best thing he heard in a good while. He decided to let her breath for a moment and he stopped tickling her, his hands resting by her side. However that moment was a mistake, because Lucie pinned him down without a problem. Jon grinned back at her, enjoying how a few strands of her hair just hung there. "I guess I'm just helpless since you have my hands, however, that leaves you a bit helpless too, doesn't it?" He winked at her and then he leaned his head up and kissed her.

Lucie grinned and leaned down to kiss him, her hair tickled his chin, she released his arms a little but still held him down. ''It does, but I've still got you here whether I'm helpless or not.'' She said laughing. She let go of him and lay down next to him, staring at the ceiling, ''What time is it?'' She asked.

Jon held his arm out as Lucie laid down beside him so that she would lay on it. He glanced over to his right to the magical clock on his nightstand. "Tis six thirty," replied Jon. "We've got an hour and a half. I know that you wouldn't need that much time to get ready, would you?" He turned over and buried his face in her hair.

Lucie laughed, ''No, I won't even need an hour.'' She said, she laughed when Jon buried his face in her hair and she kissed his head and put her arm around him, she liked lying down next to him, she felt comforted and warm. She smiled and thought of the day she asked Jon if he wanted to move into a house with him, it felt like a long time ago, but it was one of the best things she ever did in her life.

That was one of the things Jon loved about Lucie, she didn't need that much time to get ready for anything. Of course that was a plus, because Jon was one to think of things at the last minute and he liked how Lucie could be ready for just about every thing and anything.
Jon pretended to snore while he casually tossed one arm around her waist, tightening his grasp on her. If he could, he would stay like this forever, but he knew that it wasn't a possible concept, however it was nice to think about. "Alright Ms. Wright," said Jon leaning up a little. "I suppose you should go ahead and get ready. We could leave a little bit earlier. Its not going to hurt anything. I just have to put my shoes and jacket over my shirt and I'll be ready."

Lucie smiled at Jon, ''OK, we might aswell.'' She said, she got up at kissed him before she ran over to her wardrobe and pulled out a dress quickly without Jon noticed. She slipped into the bathroom and changed. Once she had finished changing, she sprayed a little perfume on her neck and wrist then pulled the bobble out of her hair to reveal curls, she pushed her hair up and played around with it before she finally put on a necklace Jon had bought her for her birthday. It was silver with a heart and inside that heart it had the letters, J and L. She kissed it and then opened the door and wiped her dress down, ''Is this OK?'' She asked Jon.

Jon started to chuckle at Lucie's quick pace and he shook his head as she went to her wardrobe. He laid back against the bed and stretched. Slowly Jon got up and went over to where he left his jacket hanging on the door and slipped it on, then slipped on his shoes. Taking his time, he went to his dresser and opened the top drawer. Jon took a deep breath and pulled out a box, slipping it into his pocket. Just about the time he did, he heard the bathroom door open and a slow grin spread across his face. "It's perfect," he said not being able to help but giving her a glance up and down. "You look lovely. Now I'll just have to fight off the other men." Jon gave her a playful wink.

Lucie laughed and lifted the bottom of her dress, she started to shake it and grinned, she hugged him and kissed his cheek, ''Nobody is going to take me away from you, I'll make sure of that.'' She said winking. She grabbed her cardigan from over the chair, ''Com'on then, let's go.'' She said holding his hand.

"I'm glad that the feeling is mutual," Jon said with a laugh. Now was going to be the time when he made up for the time lost between them and he planned to make the most of it. "Someone's impatient," he said with a wink and walking out the door with his hand still in Lucie's. "I was still trying to admire what you look like, although I suppose there's plenty of time during dinner, huh?" He gave a chuckle.
Arriving at the French restaurant, Jon opened the door for Lucie and led her over to the gentleman standing by a podium. "Reservation for Thomas," he responded to the man. The man nodded and led Jon and Lucie to a table. Jon held the chair out for Lucie until she sat down and helped her slid up to the table before sitting in his own seat. "I'm glad that you said that I could choose, because I ended up planning ahead."
