Character Name: Evelyn Turner, but friends call me Evie
Year: 5th
Preferred House: Ravenclaw or Gryffindor
Strengths: I am very studious, and some have called me mischevious. I like to think of it as being fun. I am very loyal to my friends.
Weaknesses: Sometimes I can study too hard, which annoys my friends. But grades are very important for the future. I've been told I can just jump into things without thinking.
Personality:Evie loves meeting new people, and she enjoys getting to know new people. It isn't that she is extremely bubbly and annoying, it is more the fact that she pushes her personality out there so that she can meet people. She may seem to be a little forward when you meet her but that is only because she is sociable.
Brief History: Evelyn's parents are happily married, both magical with one muggle parent. Having roots in both the muggle world and magical world has been a real great influence on her. She was home schooled before attending Hogwarts, since her powers began to appear around her fifth birthday and her parents did not want her to be ridiculed.
Description: Evie has long red hair and spends lots of time working on her tan, which hard to do in England. She has green eyes. Evie is tall and has a fit shape.

Evie was the first to this class, which seemed to be a trend today. She didn't mind it, as she was excited to start making new potions. "Hello Professor," she said with a smile and found a seat at the front of the room. She looked to the door, wondering whom else had decided to take potions now that it was no longer a required class.
Finding no one coming in behind her, she pulled out her text book and the rest of her things from her bag. A short while later the classroom door swung open again and Evie's friend walked in, taking the seat beside her. Evelyn lifted her head when she heard her friend speak to her. "Hey! Are you as excited as I am for this class?"
