Isabella walked briskly into the classroom. She was in a foul mood this morning, having barely slept the night before as she'd run the scene with Voltaire over and over in her head. Although Rori had agreed to get him to meet her tonight, she feared he wouldn't agree, or that she wouldn't be able to convince him of her feelings for him. With all these thoughts in her mind, the last thing she felt like doing this morning was teach a bunch of kids.
She sat down at her desk and scowled out at the empty classroom, taking a calming gulp from her cup of coffee--her fourth of the morning. Hopefully, they'd get here soon and she could get this thing over with...

Sabrina skipped into class. She intended to talk to Professor Rothschild about helping her with dueling, but one look at the professor's face told her this would not be a good time. "Um, hi, Professor," she said quietly, and sat down.

Remus stepped into the classroom and immediately noticed his professor's angry expression. He gulped and approached her anyway. "Um, Ms. Rothschild, I was sick last week and missed the class.... what did I miss?"

"Hello Professor, Sabrina, and Remus." Rori said nodding to each of them. Rori quickly walked up to Isabelle's desk. "He'll meet you by the lake at 8." she whispered into Isabelle's ear. "I talked to him, and he still likes you, so he agreed to meet you, no problem." she continued to whisper. Rori smiled slightly and sat beside Remus.

Isabella broke into a slight smile. "Thank you, Miss Logan," she said, feeling a sense of relief sweep over her. "Mr. Lupin, you missed the Disarming Charm. If you think you'll need help practicing it, let me know and we'll have a quick tutoring session. You'll need it for your dueling lessons."

"Now, I want you to practice the Shield Charm a couple of times to yourself for a minute, then I'm going to try to hit you with a mild curse--don't worry, just the Tickling Curse--and I want you to use the Shield Charm to try and stop me, OK? Just let me know when you're ready."

Alice walked into the classroom and saw that she was late for class, again. It seemed that today she was having a problem with being on time. After the Professor did a spell, Alice spoke, "Sorry I'm late, Professor." Alice took a seat.
