"Yeah, you're probably right," Remus sighed. "But I just... I want to help her, if I can. I just... I like her. And if she's in trouble, why shouldn't I try to help her?" He shook his head. "This stinks. After class, why don't we go do something fun, guys?"

Sabrina glanced over at Remus and his friends, and noticed they were looking at her. She looked away shyly, blushing. She wanted to tell him that she still liked him, but she knew it would be a bad idea. He needed to get over her now. It was better for him. Sighing, Sabrina opened her Potions book and stared blankly down at the pages.

Kris watched Remus with talk with his friends for a few moments then got out her journal. She flipped through the pages until she found a blank page. She got out her quill and ink then opened her ink, she then dipped her quill in the ink then bent over her journal and began to write her thoughts and feelings.

Gia walked into class quietly and looked around. There seemed to be a strange energy in the room, but she couldn't explain it. Shrugging to herself, she sat down in the back near another Gryffindor girl.

Kris continued to write even with everything around her disappearing. All there was left was the sound of people chatting. She figured she would have to wait for Remus to make his move. She wondered when or if he would take the step to talk to her, to get to know her.

Justine slipped into the room and looked around for Jason. She didn't see him, but she did see the girl she had talked to by the lake. Even Severus wasn't there yet. She saw Rori, but noticed that he was talking to the Ravenclaw boy that had been hit with the boils curse in their last class. Shrugging, she sat down near the girl from the lake, who seemed to be writing something in a little journal.

Andrea slammed into class angrily, having just had a fight with another girl out in the hall. Stupid girl shouldn't have gotten in her way. Still annoyed, she flopped down at a desk near the door.
Jason walked in a few minutes after her and walked over and sat next to Justine. He gave her a quick kiss on her cheek. "Hey, everything OK?" he asked in a low voice.

Lucius swept into the room and glared around at the other students. Bunch of useless idiots, he thought. There were a few other Slytherins in the room, but most of them were not worth his time. Justine was a sap and probably not even a pureblood. And since he'd started dating her, Jason wasn't much better. A pity, too, he thought. The boy had so much promise. The little girl, Andrea, was little more that a spoiled brat. He sighed to himself and took a seat near the back, hoping Narcissa would show up soon.

Sabrina continued to stare down at her book, the pages blurring through her tears. She felt like her life was moving on without her, like she wasn't even really there anymore. How was she supposed to go on about her life every day, knowing that soon she would be gone?

"Yeah, sounds great." James replied, grinning. "It seems like we all need a little break from everything." He said, nodding. Once the young Slytherin girl stormed into the room, James turned to Sirius, "I have no idea. Typical Slytherin. She probably saw a muggleborn in the hallway or something." He shrugged. "So when do you two want to meet to leave?" He asked Remus and Sirius.

"After class sounds great," Remus said. "I gotta get out of this place." He glanced over at the Slytherin girl, who was sitting with her nose in the air, as if she'd smelled something bad. Of course, since they were in Potions class, that wasn't exactly impossible. "As for her, she's always like that. I don't think she has any friends, and no wonder with that attitude."

Normally, Remus wasn't into the idea of playing pranks on people. But he was in a lousy mood, and he felt like lashing out. And the angry Slytherin girl seemed like a good target. "OK," he said. "So what kind of prank?"

"How about we tell her that someone wants to talk to her right outside the entrance hall, and then we pour water on her?" He suggested. It wasn't one of his greatest ideas but he couldn't think of any at the moment.

"Hmmm," Remus said. "I don't think that's destructive enough. Maybe paint. Red paint. For Gryffindor. Or we could just use a spell to hex her and make her turn red." He knew it wasn't like him to suggest something so mean, but he was feeling angry and wanted to act out. He really wanted to do something to the weird girl who thought she was his sister, but he wasn't sure the others would go along with it. The Slytherin girl seemed an easier target.
