Severus stole his way into the potions lab again. He had been reading a 'borrowed' tome from Malfoy's bed and come across a truth serum, it was brilliant! but it often left the user in a drug induced state that could last hours. The truth, Severus thought could and must be skewed if the user was off in a fantasy land. He set up the first cauldron. His 'borrowed' copy of the potion lay curled on his desk, but out of the corner of his eye, he saw something on the paper. He spun around and started the second cauldron and begun to scribble down furiously a new conjecture about the potion.
